Great for the Money
Excellent accomodations for the money. Maintenance could be better, but overall the facility was in good shape. Staff bends over backward to help, very cheerful. Relatively close (easy walk) to convention center and much more affordable than convention hotels. Hot breakfast adequate but nothing to write home about, also doesn't open until 7am. I would stay there again.

Good value
It's an old hotel that has been refurbished. The elevator creaks and the halls have an occasional musty smell. However, the rooms were clean and updated in terms of amenities (wireless internet, flat screen TV) and decor (newly painted). Don't expect luxuries like special bath soaps or a fancy breakfast buffet. The included breakfast is sufficient and good for families with young children. The location is excellent. It was in easy walking distance to the convention center, Disneyland and several restaurants. If you don't like the free coffee in the breakfast room, the cafe downstairs sells Seattle's Best.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Although the hotel has a restaurant, there are several restaurants (Bubba Gump, Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang and Roy's) about a block away on Katella Ave. You can also walk up Harbor to Downtown Disney.

Convenient & Economical
Stayed here for a corporate gathering at the nearby Convention Center. Five nights can really make a difference between a good place and a bad one, and this fell into the good group of choices for me. The room was spacious with decent amenities, comfortable, and clean. The location was terrific for the Convention Center or Disney, and, while the in-hotel dining choices were paltry (upstairs breakfast room and uninspiring first-floor bar/sandwich joint), there are an abundance of excellent restaurant choices within a short walk.

98% Common Sense would make it 100%
Two issues only as it is a great location in easy walking distance from the Anaheim Convention Center... 1. Parking is limited and the spaces are very tight to get into. The hotel and bar staff have a habit of parking along the building, behind the parked cars. It makes for very difficult parking. I had to ask twice to have their cars moved so I could park properly or leave the parking spot. The young bartender was the worst offender. 2. Drink prices at the nice little bar and grill seemed to vary greatly depending on who was on duty. Check your bill prior to leaving, I had a mis charge that I could not get corrected.

Convenient - but beware hidden charges
The location was very convenient for the convention center and Disney. The room I had had the potential to sleep 6 people and was clean and comfortable with microwave and frig. It was relatively quiet. I used the safe in the room and was charged extra when I checked out - it was not posted anywhere that there was a charge for using the room safe.

Mixed signals
I stayed for 11 nights on business for a conference mainly for the breakfast buffet and the convenient location. The breakfast was very limited and boring for veggie people, though the fresh oranges were fantastic. As for the business part; the location is wonderful for families and Disneyland. It seemed like a constant rugby game in the surrounding rooms and lots of babies/children screaming or crying. I will say that the staff was wonderful and the sunken livingroom was a great surprise for a standard room. The beds were very uncomfortable; I was more comfortable on the floor.

Great location!
I went to this hotel for a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center, but while I was in town, I decided to spend an additional couple days at Disneyland Theme Parks. The hotel is the perfect location for both the conference center and the theme parks. It is within walking distance to the Anaheim Gardenwalk as well. The lobby in comfortable, cozy, and looks brand new. The room was very spacious. The breakfast area is much larger than I expected and there was a variety of food available. The staff is all very helpful and courteous!

Nice from the outside but not so good in
The hotel is in a great location...walking distance to convention center, plenty of restaurants and even Disney, but the rooms need to be updated. The matress, pillows and comforter all appeared to be originals...yuck! The room came with a refrigerator that was so loud it had to be unplugged my second day there so I could try to get some sleep on the lumpy matress. The view of the Disney fireworks each night was nice though!
