98% Common Sense would make it 100%

Two issues only as it is a great location in easy walking distance from the Anaheim Convention Center... 1. Parking is limited and the spaces are very tight to get into. The hotel and bar staff have a habit of parking along the building, behind the parked cars. It makes for very difficult parking. I had to ask twice to have their cars moved so I could park properly or leave the parking spot. The young bartender was the worst offender. 2. Drink prices at the nice little bar and grill seemed to vary greatly depending on who was on duty. Check your bill prior to leaving, I had a mis charge that I could not get corrected.

great price for locations

hotels staff was very nice- they let us check in early gave us an upgrade-the only problems were the room they gave us was right under the balcony so at 7am we would hear the people moving around the tables and the heated pool really wasn't heated. But, the hotel room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The good, the bad, and the really ugly

I would never ever recommend this place,i can't even say hotel, to anybody.Worst customer service. The rooms were ok,but my compliments end there. We had to leave the hotel today with a warning of the "hotel manager"that would call the police, because instead of 12:30 we had to leave at 1:30 pm.For them is not such a think as a late check out. They start calling us at 9am and sending the housekeeper in any 30 min.We tried to call the desk, but of course the phone didn't work. We have two small kids,so my husband was lets just pack the stuff and leave,so he didn't go downstairs, this was around 1pm, at that same moment the manager knock on the door and said that would call the police....O MY GOD...I have no more words to say......I have been probably to 100 hotels trough my life all around the world and I've never ever had a police treat from a hotel manager, only because you are an hour late check out????????......................

short trip

Good location, very good breakfast, a little more noise than I expected. We were able to walk to Disneyland and back even in the rain, but would have liked a bus ride at least one of those days without spending more money due to unexpected weather conditions and some shopping gifts to carry. We were able to go from/to the airport and not rent a car and that was what we wanted to do.

Disneyland and calafornia adventures had a lot of gift that downtown disney did not have but remember that the hotel is about 3 long blocks that you need to carry everything back to the hotel.

Convenient - but beware hidden charges

The location was very convenient for the convention center and Disney. The room I had had the potential to sleep 6 people and was clean and comfortable with microwave and frig. It was relatively quiet. I used the safe in the room and was charged extra when I checked out - it was not posted anywhere that there was a charge for using the room safe.

Great Experience

The staff at this hotel was the friendliest hotel staff that I've met. One man helped us arrange our shuttle ride to Universal Studios at like 11pm for the next morning, and he was really helpful and upbeat about the whole process. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good compared to other complimentary breakfasts I've had before.

Renos always suck :(

I am sure it is always difficult when the hotel is under renovations, but the staff seemed to be indifferent about the whole thing. Housekeeping was haphazard at best. Breakfast was cold and porage was runny, but the staff in the banquet room was extremely good. The contractors doing the renos were very apoligectic. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great Value and Great Location

This hotel was within walking distance to the Marriott our group's activities were held at. It was a fraction of the price and had larger rooms, full kitchen comfortable beds and quiet room. Free breakfast had a lot of variety and was very adequate. Parking and internet were free. Our room was upgraded for free. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. We were walking distance to Disney and many great restaurants. Highly recommend.
