Great Place
I loved this place, the only bad part was my fault, I left my Iphone Charger in the wall and I called the same day as check out and they said it was not there, Its my fault but the rooms and location and people are fantastic

Great Location
The hotel is walking distance to Convention Center and Disneyland and plenty of restaurants. The king suite was good but most rooms have windows without any view at all. The gym equipment ws minimal and the pool has no sun as it is in a narrow courtyard. Apart from this the staff were friendly and helpful and the location makes up for other shortcomings except for the price

Great Place
The rooms were great, they let us check in early, even got an upgrade to a suite, the rooms were clean and really well designed, the beds were so comfortable and I am very picky when it comes to my sleep. Would stay again in a minute. Also the 7-11 right across the street is great.

Just barely two separate rooms
We wanted a suite that had a separate room for our kids to sleep and we wouldn't feel like we had to sit in the dark. It had the room, but a sliding glass door and a window between our room and the kids.

Time-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
By staying at Desert Palms Hotel & Suites which was only 2 blocks from disney we had the option to go in and out of the park as much as we liked and got to see the fire works at night from our hotel roof top.

California Adventure
We stayed in this hotel once many years ago. When we mentioned this in passing at check-in, they upgraded us to a suite. Perfect view of Disneyland fireworks from the room each night. Breakfast had good variety but the hot dishes did not change during our stay. Rooms were clean and hotel in general was well cared for with gleaming lobby. The location is ideal for a lot of Anaheim attractions, not too far from LA, and is close to highway. Overall a great experience, our second time there and we would not hesitate to go back.

Short walk from hotel
Disneyland is behind the hotel. If a visit is in your plans, you can walk to either park and save the parking fee, head home for an afternoon nap and be fresh for the fireworks at night.

It's All Here
I couldn't find any other hotel in the Disneyland area that offered FREE parking, FREE HOT breakfast, and FREE WiFi. Yes, even though it's on the back side of Paradise Pier of California Adventures, it's about a mile to get out the gate and to the hotel (a long walk at the end of the day but do-able), but the hotel is clean, offered me an upgrade upon check in, and had an extensive breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausage, make-your-own waffles, cereal, rolls, donuts, yogurt...etc There were many families here, but our room was at the end of the hall so it was fairly quiet. My mark of 5 stars includes duvet covers (which they did not have) but other than that many people seemed to be enjoying other amenities such as the pool and spa (not large but it was popular). Our room did have a mini-fridge and microwave. The soap/towels were a low point...bring your own sundry items or visit Target down the road. The 7-Eleven next door is a great, clean, brightly lit place to get water and items before going to the park. Affordable, clean, nice place to stay for our girls trip. Looked good for families too.

Buy water at the 7-Eleven. 99 cents vs. $3+ in the park.

OK, but probably won't be back
There were so many screaming kids, which we know isn't the hotels fault, but it kind of took away from our expreience. You deal with that all day at Disneyland the last thing you want is to have it back at your hotel. The breakfast was NOT that great! We ate cereal and waffles the whole time we were there. The eggs and sausage patties (if you can call it that) were horrible. The location was advertised as being WAY closer than it was. It is more like 2 long blocks to walk and after a LONG day of walking in Disneyland, it was not pleasant to walk that far going back. Also, the 7-11 is very sketchy. Keep your children close and don't make any eye contact. The beds were not that comfortable and the fan IS really loud in the bathroom. The front desk staff was great and there was always cleaning staff working very hard to keep things looking good (washing glass on front entrance doors), cleaning main floor public washroom, etc). We probably won't go back. This was our 4th trip to Disneyland and we'll go back to our favourite hotel next time.

The Cheesecake Factory, which is down Katella Avenue, is absolutely fantastic! You get big portions and it's the best food we've ever eaten.
