good value;close to disneland
This was our first stay at the Del Sol. Overall, the room was clean and very quiet. It sets off the main street so there wasn't as much traffic noise. It is also a smaller hotel and much more quiet than others we have stayed at. I especially loved the fact that when we arrived at 2:00, we were allowed to check right in. Other hotels in the area do not check in until 4:00. It is right next door to Denny's which is a big plus. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I loved the fact that once you are parked, you are just across the street from the main entrance to both Disneyland parks and very close to McDonald's, Denny's, and other economical eating establishments.

Convienent and Budget
Only issues were beds on the too firm side and bathroom walls/crevices could use a scrubbing...you could tell where mildew was in corner behind bathroom door. Its got a great location and away from street noise

The Del Sol Inn was very ...
The Del Sol Inn was very nice. The room was clean and hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. For the location alone it was a very good value. It was great to literally just go across the street to Disneyland. We would definitely stay there again. We didn't get a chance to use the pool since it was rather cold and rainy while we were there. The continental breakfast left a little to be desired, not much there so we went to Mcdonald's down the street for breakfast both mornings of our stay. Overall I would recommend it to a friend.

Good deal for the price
The Del Sol Inn was a fairly good deal for the money.The free breakfast was very limited, so we did not take advantage of it much. It was good for the mornings that we were in a hurry. Location was excellent as it was directly across from the entrance to Disneyland. There were also a few restaurants very close by. Overall if you just need a lace to stay it is good.

Great Location
The Del Sol is a great place to stay if you're going to Disneyland on a budget. It's right across from the Disneyland entrance on Harbor Blvd. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and the staff was very nice. It is a smaller hotel, which is kind of nice, about 60 rooms. One complaint though is there are only about half that many parking spaces. The continental breakfast is nice to have to fill up before heading to the park. They have danishes, toast, cereal, milk, o.j., coffee and oranges. If you get a good price on the room, you can't go wrong.

IHOP nearby has Kids eat free after 4:00 and there is a McDonalds just a little farther down the road.

No iron in room,
I was very unhappy that the room had a refrig and microwave but no iron in it. We had to go to the front desk to get the iron and ironing board. When we first got there (around 10:30a) they let us pre-ck in, (which I liked), and told us to come back after 2p. When we came back around 2:30p-3:00p, we went up to our room and the beds we not made totally (the comforters were in the dryer) and we had to ask for more towels. We had to wait about 20min before the room was ready. Overall I guess the stay was o.k. but unhappy w/those 2 things. I did not realize there was no spa and was unhappy w/that as well.
