Comfort Inn Anaheim

Run away! Don't Walk RUN from this hotel! The hotel on the outside looks ok; we used this hotel for a one night stay prior to getting on a cruise. Upon check in we had asked for a first floor room, but were told there was only a 3rd floor room available. OK fine, so we went up to the room which was still being cleaned, we waited out in the hallway for 30 minuets while waiting for housekeeping to finish. Upon entering the room we noticed the carpet still looked like it had not been vacuumed in over a month. The bed had just been made by housekeeping, and the bead spread they left on the bed had 3 razor cuts in it. We then turned on the TV to very poor reception, and looked at the back of the TV to see that the cable did not have a connector and the bare wire was inserted in the back of the TV. We called the front desk and were told that they were sold out but housekeeping would be up to change out the bedding and the maintenance would be up to fix the TV. After an hour we had to call the front desk again only to be told that everyone had gone home for the night. During the night the more long term residents of this motel continued to argue outside of the rooms, walkways were dirty and smelled like urine and beer. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

We stayed at this hotel after our visit to Disneyland. Had a late check-in (around 11:00 p.m.) and front desk wasn't too friendly. I was too exhausted to really care at that point. We had a non-smoking room on the 1st floor, which was a plus. Because I didn't want to bring luggage and 3 small children up the stairs. When we entered the room, it smelled like smoke or some unpleasant smell. YUCK. Husband went to take a shower and tells me there are little "bugs" crawling in the tub. Toilet wasn't even working (wouldn't flush) and the place is just dirty. I'm a firm believer of "you get what you pay for" and this place fit the bill just right. It's cheap, but it's not a pleasant place to stay.

the hotel staff was cordial. the room was very old and dingy. The room that i got had a very weird stench. would not recommend this hotel.

For 3 nights we stayed at comfort inn hotel. Two bed w/ ref, microwave, iron and blow dryer. Close to restaurants and to Disneyland.When we got back late one night , it was hard to find parking in the hotel parking space. Comfortable beds. Overall it was a good experience.

Hotel location was good alot of places to go and eat around. Was not the best lookin hotel but it was good for someone just to spend one night at a good price.

When I booked, I thought I was booking the Comfort Inn next to Disneyland. Be careful- there are two Comfort Inns on Harbor. This one is 3 miles from Disneyland.

Overall a disappointment - misleading pics on the internet, but hotel was dirty. Filthy carpet, old rusty tub, clogged sink & bathtub, graffiti on some of the furniture. Room was actually tiny and not enough room for a family of 4. Breakfast was ok, but hotel did not provide shuttle service.

good place to stay being close to bars

My experience was a one night stay. The hotel location was central to lots of eateries and Disneyland. The room was clean and comfortable. The layout of the room was well suited for a business traveler. The continental breakfast offered a variety of items, not just the basic coffee and donuts--which is a welcome sight to someone who is concerned with diet. The added feature was security patrolling the parking area at night.

The hotel was very noisy. People hanging outside their rooms and speaking very loudly. Very dirty carpet. My white socks became brown after walking on the carpet. There was no business center.
