Nice Place!

The only thing I did not like, there was no coffee pot in the room. Everything else was perfect! See full review

The longer you stay, the worse it gets...

We upgraded our room to a Club Queen room because we wanted the extra space and amenitites. While I'm sure the room was a little more spacious than an average room, the amenities were sparse and the customer service was questionable at best. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nites, and when we checked in the room was very clean. However, by day 2, little things, such as giving us clean towels or coffee for the coffee maker were absent. By our 3rd day, I think the only thing the maids did was make our beds!! The trash bins remained full, no soap, clean towels, coffee or clean glasses were left, and the room did not appear to be vacuumed. Very disappointing!! When I called to ask for additional toilet paper (the maids forgot to leave that too) and towels, it took several hours before it was delivered. Ice machines were broken, and 2 of the 3 washer/dryers in the laundry room were out of order. We attempted to eat the complimentary breakfast buffet one time of our 3 mornings at this hotel. The room breakfast is served in seems about the size of a standard hotel room and was PACKED with people, since breakfast is served for only 2 hours. Complicating matters is management requests that you do not return to your room with breakfast items, instead eating in this overcrowded room (for us this meant standing up, in a corner). They ran out of coffee and juice but pastries were plentiful. However, do not attempt to take a bottle of water, which I mistakenly did since there was nothing else to drink. When I picked up a bottle of (warm) water, an employee grabbed the water out of my hand and said This isnt included. It's $2 a bottle. I've had much better experiences with budget hotels and would not recommend staying at this one. If you do decide to stay here, plan breakfast at one of the nearby restaurants and bring your own towels!

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Several restaurants within walking distance, including IHOP, which is a little more expensive than other IHOP's I've been to ( $50+ for breakfast for 2).

JUst ok

We Rented a car and went to Disnyland and Knott's Berry Farm. This Hotel Charged an extra $5 for parking and $10 for and extra day. They double park a lot of people too. Very very small pool and no hot tub & it was closed two days. One bike if you call that an exercise room. Bathroom was strange but the shower was cool. No water presure but two heads like a water fall. no place to hange towel and look out for the extra charge ($) if you use the bathrobes or drink there water or coffee. We recomend buying water/soda by the case if you drove. Our airconditioner quite working, not sure why. NOt directly across from Disney like claimed. No store. Qiznos right there that was cool and good prices($) but it's close to all the hotels. The hotles on either side are better. We have stayed at both. Other than the beds which were nice, I would stay some where else for the money not worth it.

Great Location...Noisy Room

The hotel did not have our reservation; I'm not sure what we would have done if we hadn't taken our confirmation with us - sounds like they had us in the system for other dates. Also, the air conditioner in the room was so loud that it woke us up every time it kicked on...but it was too warm to have it off.

Cosy room non informative staff

As a 22 yr old from another country I had high expectations of Disneyland however I think it's overrated n more suited for a family so having the hotel right across the road was easy but when we arrived there we weren't informed of the complimentry breakfast, checkout time or any of the things that should be stated when checking in. There were 4 of us staying in the room and there was insufficient room to put all our luggage.

Glorified Motel 6...very misleading!

Beds were very worn, Quality of the the room overall was not good. Basically staying at a motel 6 with a quick make-over. The continental breakfast was disapointing. We will not be stayin here again.

Better to look at another hotel

Nice place if it wasn't under renovations, Did not state that was happening on their web site. Also, not clearly stated that the pool and gym were out/under construction. In addition, they failed to mention it cost $9.00 a day to park there/valet service, even if u never use the car. So $9 a day plus valet tip every time u access your car, that too much. For what we paid per night, I would rather stay down the road at a high end hotel and shuttle to Disneyland.

Still needs some finishing touches

The location is great as it is very close to Disneyland and the room we had was nice, but things such as broken elevators and ice machines should have been in working order or at least an "out of service" sign could have been affixed. Staff behind the front counter could have been a bit more friendly.

Great location, with a few issues

While the rooms are clean and attractive, our room had a few quirks. The air conditioning was pretty touchy and didn't turn on when we arrived in our room. The maintenance guy came (after an hour) and basically just unplugged and replugged the machine. It worked for the most part, but definitely needed some maintenance. Also, our door was difficult to latch closed. If we didn't realize it, we could have easily left our door unlocked while we were out for the day. One other minor issue was that our bathroom door would not close all the way and wouldn't lock. All in all, while there weren't any serious issues, the little issues that we had added up to a pretty mediocre experience. With all of the hotel/motel options in the area, it's probably not a place we would stay at again any time soon.
