great breakfast in the morning, needs higher parking security non hotel customers hang around and bother guests

Great location for Disney and Knott's. Good breakfast, though bananas and bagels would be nice additions. Easy to pass by on Beach because of small, not lit banner for a sign. Staff was very nice and helpful.

stayed over a weekend. Needs: flat screen TV and mini fridge. Over all tho, it was clean. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. The room is on the smaller side compared to other places i've stayed in but cozy and quiet.

Was very clean, quiet and comfy. the beds were the best. we stayed 4 days and everytime we returned back from Dland the beds were changed fresh ready to hop in. they really took care of us. breakfast was apples, bagels, toast, jelly butter, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, microwaved eggs & sausage (but good), buiscits and gravy, cereal and milk for my lil ones. they let us ck out late with no hassel. they extended our stay with no hassel. was about 10 min from dland. will be a guest here forever!

Has all the basics for a 2 queen room. Breakfast served which is nice. I mean it's no Plaza Hotel, so don't expect anything too special. The hotel itself is easy to find (it's pink after all!) and it's conveniently close to Knott's Berry Farm & Disneyland! I think it may need a mini fridge though! Great for the price paid.

The place is kept super clean. Loved the continental breakfast every morning. Saved us alot of money. Breakfast room was always open to us. Could use the room to surf the net and watch tv. Very home like. Best part, they beat competitors prices when we were going to another hotel for other nights. Even weekend rates, they matched at weekly rates for us. No complaints here. Only thing, they could improve on friendliness, and smile more at thre desk.

rooms very clean and new very comforting definitely worth the price the only 2 complaints i have are the free breakfast isnt great only juice coffee oatmeal cereal and bagels ive had much better breakfast at cheaper hotels and we could hear the walking and jumping on the bed from the room above us and i complained but we still heard it. but i recommend this hotel

Very nice

Our Hotel had a threshhold that had two nails sticking up and my Boyfriend got a blood blister. He told the Front Desk so they could hammer down while we were out at Disneyland all day. We came in at 1am and our room had not been cleaned,no clean towels and trash not emptied. I called downstairs and the Front desk said "We were planning on having you change rooms because of the necessary repair." I said I just need clean towels for the morning, I am not moving my room at 1am. Another hotel guest had his window broken out the same night. There were prostitutes walking in front of the hotel when we came back to our hotel. When I went to check out the next morning, they had just mopped and I almost layed out in the middle of the floor. No caution signs. They only had 1 ice machine for the entire hotel. It was out of ice. Bad experience!! I would not return to this hotel.

This place was really worth the money. Rooms were clean and nice. Quiet atmosphere. Great for families visiting Disneyland ect. who are on a budget. Only thing I would improve is the pool water needed a little tlc. Other than that everything was great. I will definately stay here again. Oh and just needs a bigger sign so its easier to find :).
