Great staff, good location
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the continental breakfast was more that adequate with the daily fresh fruit. The only negatives are the limited parking spaces and no networked printer, you had to wait in line for one online computer/printer in the lobby.

This facility was located within a 1/4 mile from the Disneyland parking garage entrance and I-5, excellent location.

The hotel was not bad. We did have to change rooms. There is an A/C compressor or something directly above room 307, which we were first placed in. It was super noisy and nearly shook the room. So, we asked to be moved to another room. The hotel immediately moved us to room 310, and although it was 2 queens and not 1 king like we had requested, it was quiet. The front desk staff was polite, let us leave our car in the parking lot all weekend while we went to the Disneyland resort, and the spa is 24 hours!!! I'd stay here again if I'm on a budget. If you're not on a budget, stay at one of Disney's Hotels.

Time-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
If you make up a good enough story, you can walk through the Disney Employee parking entrance to the Mickey and Friends garage then catch a tram to the park. This will save you a 15-20 minutes of walking from the hotel. The employee gate is just to the right of the hotel.

Unbeatable location for the price
I had a really nice time at the Best Western Courtesy Inn, the rooms are big and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
