Great Hotel, Inexpensive and Ultra-clean!
The whole hotel is immaculately clean and the beds are very comfortable. Very family friendly and no ridiculous fees for parking. The breakfast is decent and its included. We will absolutely be staying at this hotel on all subsequent Disney trips!

weekend trip to Disneyland
Hotel staff was wonderful at check in and fried lay throughout stay. The free full breakfast was nice, although the not many healthy choices and quality of food is ok - but it is free so can't complain too much. The room was a good size but was not impressed by decor, layout, or cleaniness of room. Upon arrival into the room I found a large stain on the bed sheet , good thing the cleaning crew was outside so I just sled them to change it real quick. The location of the hotel is far from Disneyland - though a shuttle bus is offered it does make other stops and so adds to the transit time between the hotel and the park. Next time I would probably stay at a hotel that's closer to Disneyland and also one that is of a higher class rating. Oh there was also construction going on next door so our room rattled (mini earthquakes) from 8am-5pm daily, except Sunday.

Terrific value and location
The free hot breakfast is a remarkable deal. Room size and comfort outstanding for this price. Has the feel of a real hotel, not a motel.

Disneyland Visit
Nice accomodations..fillled our request for adjoining rooms. Downside was noisy, inconsiderate clientel - running in halls, talking and laughing loudly - even late at night or early morning. Staff was nice and helpful - breakfast was good, but needed more staff as the wait for fresh cooked food was often quite long.

Ducks Lover
Hockey game getaway
It was good. It is right across the street from the Honda Center making it great for Ducks games. The beds are super comfy. Breakfast is good. The only thing that I was not a fan of is that the windows in the room only have this sheer material on them and aren't covered completely. You can see people outside and they can see you and there is nothing you can do about it.

Great Hotel
The staff was very friendly. The Ayers Hotel location was the perfect location when you go to a Ducks Game at Honda Center. It's right across the street. It is also located a short drive from Disney Land. The bed was very comfortable, very clean room, breakfast was included and the hotel staff was great! Can't ask for anything better. The price was also good. You get a lot for your money. The hotel felt family atmosphere not like you were in a busy/Corporate hotel.

If you are going to Honda Center for an NHL game, its right across the street. There is also a Bar Restaurant right next to the hotel very short walk called JT Schmids's Restaurant & Brewery. This hotel is also a short drive to Disney Land!. Also a short drive away is the The Lazy Dog restaurant Great food and friendly staff. If you have a dog you can eat outside with your pet! Great friendly staff and food.
