Anaheim Portofino Inn and Suites

The lobby of the hotel was heavily perfumed. When we reached the second floor, you could smell the mildew and mold. I assume that is why the lobby was excessively perfumed. The room smelled of mildew. The balcony had multiple cigarette butts on it and a melted hard candy. All this garbage was easily seen by just opening the balcony door so either the maids don't check the balconies or they didn't just didn't bother to clean it. The toilet ran constantly unless you went back in and shook the handle. I paid more for this hotel because I thought it was more a high end hotel ei, cleaner, larger rooms, restaurant, bar, etc. We always select a hotel that has a bar and restaurant within it when we go to Disneyland. I also did not take an iron as the room report said it had one. When I took it out to use it, it was covered with something black that a prior occupant had burned on to it and was completely unusable. I assumed that it would have an iron I could use and not ruin my clothing. It did not. I am very disappointed with this hotel. I will never use them again.

I was very disapointed with Portofino Inn. Hotel not clean, sheets didn't stay on bed, walls dirty in our room, long black hairs on the blankets and towels, small room, cheap woodwork, the door broke, the slider between the two rooms broke and their resturant was not a very nice place either.

The staff was very helpful and tried to get a new tv control but that one didn't work either.

The toilet didn't flush and there was hair all over the bathroom that was not ours! The staff was nice enough and I guess for the price it was alright but I doubt in the future I will ever be bringing my family back to this hotel.

We arrived at hotel after leaving full day at Disney. When we got to hotel - they said they had made mistake and that they had recent water damage and they didn't have a room for me but that they would put me into a different hotel. I went to other hotel, which then didn't have a suite (like I had booked at first hotel) and actually then didn't even have a room, so I went back to first hotel who then tried for a couple hours to find a new hotel but at this point it was so late at night we drove home. ALSO - THE PICTURES ON THIS WEBSITE ARE NOT THE ACTUAL ROOMS. Total ripoff.

On the first night the heat in our room was broken and we had to put covers from both beds to keep warm. The next morning I had requested the heat be fixed, and they sent up someone from maintenance. Well, the heat situation did improve but I wouldn't say it was fixed. Even with the thermostat all the way up the air coming out of the vent was only slightly warmer than before. When I mentioned something at check out all they said was "oh, thats too bad...sorry" At least they apologized.

This hotel was recommended by a travel guide specializing in trips to disneyland. It stated it was the the cleanest hotel they had stayed at. Well, it was far from being clean. When we got into our room, the floor had some crumbs and other things on it. The towels had yellow stains on them. The shower head didn't have any water pressure. The fitted sheet cover kept coming off. The fridge was so beat up and didn't have any temperature control and had a whole bunch of frost built up. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Worst of all, the hotel is non smoking, but they had smokers and while we were sleeping, smoke filtered into our room. Overall, I was really disappointed. I would definitely not book this hotel anymore.

Walls were so thin you could hear everything in the next room. Staff not very friendly, room was dirty, had to wait about an hour for stuff for room ( i.e. working tv remote, trash bags), and to top it all off my child was attacked by some kind of bug and their answer was we didn't find any so it didn't happen here. Hot tub didn't work and "We are not fixing it" not what you want to hear after a day at Disney.

The hotel is nice and clean. We paid close to $180 for the night for one of their kid suites. All was well until we tried to go to bed. At 1:00am, we woke up to what sounded like a truck idling in our room. It was also very hot in our room. The noise was coming from he AC unit and or room temp was 79! We were sweating and we tried to open the window but it only opened 3 to 4 inches. Tried calling the front desk and that's when we found that or phone did not work either. Used our cell phone to call hotel and that was just a waste of time. Spent the rest of the night/morning awake and . It took the hotel nearly two days to call me and
