Great Disney launching pad
The rooms were great, very kid friendly with bunk beds, king bed, sofa bed, etc. 2 TV's, one for the kids, one for the grown ups. Excellent value and great location. We were very pleased, and the kids were happy as well. We did stay in the North building (not the building where the office is located). Free parking, not a stretch to walk the short distance to Disney. We covered the distance in 10-15 minutes.

There is a great little mexican place just to the north east. Just across the street from the 7-11, there is a strip mall, with several choices, if the kids don't like mexican food.

Pleasant stay
I stayed in the portifino for a couple a nights my family and me. The room was nice and clean. It wasnt very spacious but since its main purpose was for sleeping it was adequate enough. As far as room service goes our room was clean on a timely fashion. The only negative thing I have to say is that I do agree with other comments that the walls are too thin. I could hear everyone walking by till I fell asleep. I really liked that it was within walking distance to disneyland.

Great Location Only
Surprised and not in a good way. I was fooled by the pics. Pool was in back parking lot Carpet was dark green and DIRTY definitely did not take my shoes off. Patio had two foot tall weeds and fast food trash. Staff very lukewarm. Connecting doors so thin and kids in next room kept playing with their door so sounded like someone was coming in. ONLY good thing about this place was location sad to say. On first floor and only working icemaker was on 3rd.

Good locale for Disneyland.
The Portofino was within walking of Disneyland which was what we were looking for. Our deluxe room (opposite building from family building) was surprisingly quiet. It was a pleasant stay for the value. Would have liked a screen door so we could sleep with door ajar and the pool was a bit underwhelming.

Good Value
We got the Kid suites which was great for our 2 toddlers and frig/microwave definitely came in handy for storing milk/juice and cooking quick snack when needed for the kids. We love the Heated pool but their towels could be better (too small so end up having to use several to dry ourselves) The staffs were very helpful and nice. We had a great time and wouldn't mind coming back since their rate isn't too expensive.

Nice little spot
Very comfortable and quiet. Happy it was close to Disneyland. Wished the rooms had microwaves and/or fridges. Also nicer t.v. 's.

A littke dissapointed
When we first arrived I was impressed the grounds and lobby were very updated and well kept. The room on the other hand left something to be desired. The mattresses were old (this is coming from someone in the mattress industry) and not very comfortable. The water pressure or I should say lack of water pressure in the shower was horrible. My girlfriend did not even want to bother to wash her hair because it would have taken to long to rinse out! It was a close walk to Disneyland, which was nice but for the price there are closer hotels. Overall was not the worst place I have ever stayed but definitely not the best.
