Ease south off the Santa Ana Freeway and unpack all your fondest Disney dreams for a stay at the beautiful Anaheim Plaza Hotel & Suites. This resort-style hotel forms the gateway to the main entrance of the California Disneyland Resort, surrounded by verdant gardens and an Olympic-scale pool. The two-story, condo-style buildings host a comfy lobby bar with plenty of room for lounging and a games room to rival any arcade. Hungry guests can savor authentic Mexican cuisine and hand-crafted margaritas at Mi Casita in the evenings, and an all-American buffet breakfast with all-you-can eat pancakes the following mornings.
Restaurant: Mi Casita
Bar/lounge in lobby
Multiple conference spaces
24-hour front desk
Pets allowed (fee and hotel policies apply)
The hotel lies on Harbor Boulevard in Anaheim, making Downtown Disney, the California Adventure Park, and Disneyland all within easy reach. The neighboring Anaheim Garden Walk- filled with specialty shopping, dining adventures and live music venues - is an entertainment promenade, and the American Sports Centers over the freeway invite visitors to play volleyball at the largest sports complex in the world. It's still easy to hop back on the Santa Ana and head north to more rides at Knott's Berry Farm, or go west in search of the golden California coast at Newport Beach (roughly half an hour's drive).
Hints and tips
Kids get special treatment, with free meals for those nine years and younger.

Hotel is within 500 yards of the entrance to Disneyland. The rooms are a bit older, there was hair in the sink, and the shower had no tempature control. But I wasn't in the room for very long so it didn't bother me too much. Overall its a good for
the price you pay.
The first thing you notice is the out dated decor which really needed a remodel, but seriously, if you're like me, the first thing you're going to do is heave your bags in the door and RUN for the park. So who cares about decor? It was clean and
had the basic amenities = a fridge, hair dryer and coffeemaker.
The staff both at the front desk and restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. The price was great for so close to the park. Did I say close? A 10 minute walk from main gate! There were only a few hotels closer without being on property..
I felt safe here, even though I was traveling alone. It was perfect for me after a long, long day at the park. I would stay here again.
Just a word to the wise, they have an outside company handling their computer systems at the "business center", so it cost me a few bucks to check in on my airline ($3.00 for usage plus a $10 mystery charge I am disputing).
While slightly farther than several other hotels across Harbor Blvd. from Disneyland (about a 10 minute walk to the front gate), the rooms were very quiet, clean, and inexpensive. Each room has a balcony or patio, which was a great place to sit
when drinking an early morning cup of coffee. Staff was very friendly, and I had no problems with the facilities.
Besides Disneyland, the hotel is also very close to the Garden Walk mall, and their many restaurants.
