Was very worth the trip

The security staff was most helpful helping me figure out the tie down straps for the roof rack on top of my van. We couldn't have done it without hsi help. The desk help was very helpful and accommidating. Thanks again.

Weekend getaway

Great location and price. Older hotel with very basic amenities. If you plan to spend most of your day in the park, only taking time to sleep in your room this is a great value. Hotel staff is very nice and you can avoid the lines and purchase your Disneyland tickets at the front desk.

LOCATION GREAT

The location was great , the price was great but we found that the front of house staff needed to be more approachable. We wanted internet which you had to pay for ( we didn't mind that) but after two days of trying to connect to there provider we gave up. The staff could not help telling us it had nothing to do with them .They had provided the sheet with the instructions when we checked in.And that was as far as there help went. As l said it was a great location.

NEEDS UPGRADE

The rooms are in need of new thermostats can't control temperature in rooms. Out of date by 30yrs. Room to hot too cold. Bathrooms are not clean and need repairs. The staff is usually very outgoing and ready to help, this time I was let down, Will start looking for other alternatives for our monthly trip to Disneyland. The affordability is not consisitent when it comes to the type of room you get from time to time some are upgraded and some are like the one I had this week a total dump.

4th Stay in 9 Months

Because our kids go to college in Southern California, we stay near Disneyland to give a little focus. The Anaheim Plaza is directly across the street from the Main Gate & California Adventure, comfortable, nice people, quiet, and gives us access to the entire Disneyland area. We usually will walk across to Downtown Disney for Dinner. What could be better? The Big parking lot works well for our 4X4 GMC Denali (a problem for all the others we found out). The Gift shop is mostly essentials, like batteries, sundries, aspirin, flip-flops, etc. (they don't try to compete with Disney), but they are full of advice about other things to do while in town Besides Disney (like Ruth Chris, Morton's, Bubba Gumps, Cheesecake Factory).

Across the street is the Downtown Disney shopping / dining area and around the corner is the Anaheim Garden Walk, with its Restaurants and Stores. Very well located if you want fun theme restaurants.

Great Location! Average Place to Sleep

For two adults that plan to spend as MUCH time as possible in Disneyland the hotel provided a nice, comfortable place to catch-up on sleep. The location near the park was ideal!

Super Location !!!

This was my third stay here and I was in town on a business trip. The Hotel location is great because it's just across the street from California Adventures and a short walk to Disney's Park entrances. Nice view of the nightly firework show from the hotel. My room was clean and ready for me each day.

Great Hotel

I have stayed at The Anaheim Plaza Hotel twice now, and I enjoyed my stay both times. The hotel is old and could probably use some updating, but you pay for what you get. The location is great...it's right across from Disneyland!! You can stay somewhere else across from Disneyland that is more updated, but you're also going to pay a lot more. The staff is friendly.
