Not five star, but good enough to sleep
It was a good ten minute walk to the main gate of Disneyland. Good enough for just sleeping, not fancy but the price was right. There is no small fridge in room (extra). Quiet rooms only heard the family up stairs twice out of the four nights. Shuttle is extra for each person but unlimited use all day- we did not use this. The hotel staff at front desk helpful and allowed us to leave our car in their lot after we checked out for another couple of hours. I would recommend this hotel. Restaurants are about 5-10 minute walk.

Stay at Anaheim Jolly Roger Hotel
We went to Disneyland which wasn't that far away. It's a good walk and you get to save the $15 each day for parking. The hotel was average very tight, but good price for 2 queen beds. Certainly worth it since you just sleep there and are out all day.

Review Jolly Roger
Jolly Roger is a smaller, older motel just a 10 minute walk from the main entry of Disneyland. It is clean, quiet, and in a great location. It was a fine homebase for us on our trip to the happiest place on the earth.

great location
We spent 4 of 6 days at Disney and California Adventure. This location was great for spending a little or lot of time at the park. We could leave and swim or go back to the park later that night. Close walking to eating establishments. 7-11 and ABC at the corner. Biggest problem? Pillows that were flat.

Shopping tip:
Long walk from hotel
The Block at Orange is next to the Crystal Cathedral. It is a long (45 min) walk but you can pick up a cab after shopping at the Block.

It was okay
The room was clean and nicely decorated, but with no free microwave of fridge it was very inconvenent. With a diabetic in our group having that is a must! Also charging $35.00 for a 1 hour extension on late checkout not cool. I probably would not stay here again.

Next Door to the World's Happiest Place!
This trip was for attending the D-23 Expo right next door at the Anaheim Convention Center. I was traveling with my Sister, who lives in Utah, while I live in Hawaii. With two cars and different arrival times I was concerned about parking, but everything was taken care of for us. The FREE Internet connection was VERY convenient and easy to access. No elevator to the second floor might be of some concern to older Folks, but we didn't mind. There are no in-room Movies available, but the TV picture quality was excellent, and we weren't there long enough for a movie anyway. There was also no Room Service but with the many restaraunts in the area that's not a problem. Renting a Fridge for $15.00 a day seemed kinda pricy, but I needed to have one for personal medications. Thought the Bed and A/C were very good.

Great Experience
This was a great surprise. The hotel room was nicely decorated and had a lot of space. The service was awesome. They cleaned our room everyday. It was across the street from the Disney parking so not a far walk at all. I'd have to say for the price it was amazing and we'd definately stay there again.

Time-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Just under a block if you cross the street there is a cut through to the Disney parking lot where you can catch the tram if you don't want to walk so far, expecially if you pack your lunches and have a lot of kid stuff to take along.
