Anaheim Hacienda Inn & Suites

I was looking for a inexpensive hotel near Disneyland for one night so I gave this hotel a try. One look at the room and I almost left, but decided I can deal with it for one night. Big mistake should have left. The room was marginally clean and smelled as if they were trying to cover up the fact that a smoker had stayed there. Was woken up at 1:30 in the morning by someone attempting to enter my room because the hotel clerk gave them the wrong room number and had an early morning wake up call with my neighbors screaming and fighting. To top it off the hotel clerk stood outside my room and argued with the man about leaving the hotel as apparentley he was staying for free in trade for working as a maitnance man. To many other options available to ever stay there again.

HUGE walk-in closet...great for changing, storing luggage,...great housekeeping service, clean, comfortable, stayed 4 nights! Loved the location, easy access to everything...freeways, shopping, grocery...walk to disneyland (or public transit, although shuttle service would have been a bonus) friendly, very helpful staff...wireless internet connection could have been a little better (hardly mattered tho)...we knew they had no breakie but did offer coffee and muffins...we try to travel as thrifty as possible but we still iike a safe, comfy home away from home and this was it! Hotel was OK, affordable price, but carpet was very dirty, had some red looking blood stain. Would not stay there again

This hotel was very close to stores and lots of places to eat, it is a older hotel and good,could use some upgrade but it was fine with me since we were just there to sleep

I did not like the parking at all. The hotel was so small and limited parking spaces. I requested a non smoking room, but the room smelled like smoke. There was an ash tray out front of my room by the air conditioner and everytime someone went out to smoke my room smelled like smoke. Bad location. Bad parking.

This is basically an old motel which was rennovated and upgraded with some modern amenities such as Wifi. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center and Angels Stadium. In addition to complimentary packets of soap and shampoo, there was a small refrigerator and a microwave. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and even though it wasn't a fancy hotel with concierge service, it was fine for a place to sleep and wash up after the day's activities.

It's simple and quiet (at night). Except in the morning, but what do you expect when you book a room near disney. No complaints.

The bathroom was nicer then expected or the price- the only issue I had was that half the curtain was hanging off and it didnt look very pretty.... but the hotel had microwave and a mini fridge which was perect for what we needed!

If you need a place to hang out during the day, this would NOT be it !!!! Rooms arent the cleanest, but the sheets and bathroom were clean and that's all we needed. If your gonna just go to the room and sleep, this hotel is defintely a value on a tight budget. Heater didnt work in are room, staff wasn't very helpful and didnt offer extra blankets. Curtains were hanging on by a thread. Who ever owns this hotel, does not care, their in it for the money only!! For the value I would recommend it to a friend.

The hotel itself had a pretty gloomy feel to it and I couldn't help but feel a little uneasy at some of the other guests staying there. The hotel staff wasn't very friendly and my room was very small, the tv only had six working stations, half the lights in the room didn't work and the shower was broken so there wasn't any warm water. I would avoid this hotel. I was very unhappy with the place.
