Anaheim Discovery Inn and Suites

Close to Disney and convention center, older hotel but free wifi and low price can't be beat. Great staff but skip the breakfast and lobby coffee.

Great location. Staff was super friendly. Hotel is older but the grounds were clean and the room was the best it could be.

Staff and everyone there were very helpful and welcomed me with a smile and courtesy,I will return when ever I'm In thee area.Thank you very much.:-)

Nice hotel fora quick trip... and they let us park the car while we are on Disney

We picked Discovery Inn hotel cause we were going to be walking to the garden walk. We normally stay at a different hotel that is right next door to the garden walk but this hotel was going to be 20$ cheaper. Well a big mistake and i will never stay there again! When i arrived to check in they couldnt even find my reservations [...]. Luckly i brought my confirmation with me but i wish i never would of gotten this hotel in the first place! Them not even showing that i had a room was my first clue, then when we got to our room the door was wide open along with a lot of other doors to other hotels. My room didnt even have any towels ready for us we had to wait for them to get to our room. The bed was extremely hard! When we went to iron our clothes there was an ironing board but not iron to be found.??? We had to walk to the front desk to pick it up....how cheap is that! In conclusion the long walk and the stay in the hotel itself was not worth being cheap 20$. I shouldve of paid 20$ more for a way better stay!

We stayed there because it was close to Downtown. Disney. If you're looking for a place to crash for the night, the room is just okay. We probably would not stay there again but you get what you pay for.

I used this hotel as a overnight stay on a trip to Disneyland with my boyfriend. It was clean enough but very basic and unattractive. It was acceptable because of the location (which was very good) and the fact that it was very cheap to stay there.

I was just about to step into the shower but luckily I forgot something in my suitcase or otherwise at least two people would have seen me naked that night - the friend I was traveling with and the man staffing hotel front desk - because I would have ran out of the bathroom to the front desk screaming before I could even think twice. There was a HUGE cockroach in the tub. We started packing up our stuff and we saw two more running around in the room. The guy at the front desk was pretty nice about checking us out though. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Visited hotel on Disneyland Trip. Staff was pleasant. Building is not new, but was clean. Pool is very small. The pool area was locked at all times we were there, had to request it be opened to use it. Outside wall to our room let in all noise, could hear anyone that walked by very clearly. Continental breakfast was very limited - oj, sometimes coffee was made, doughnuts, small muffins, bread and jam. Tea and hot chocolate packages were also available. No milk, no fruit, no hot or cold cereal, no yogourt.

It took forever for them to get our room. When we did they gave us the wrong room, I ordered the one with a fridge and microwave. That originally room smelled horrible, looked dirty, there was a big moth in it as well. Than when I told them what I had ordered, they gave me the right room (larger room by just a little bit). The 2nd room still smelled. There was only one window, the counter in the bathroom sink was so old that it was chipping, it looked like they tried to paint over it, that was coming up. The bathroom shower drained so slowly, the shower curtain was ripped. Internet service was only for 8hrs, so we tapped into other hotels instead (much faster). Parking was bad (small spots), I know someone let their kid climb on our car, we had kid greasy prints all over my hood! The day that we were, I realized they don't wash the comforter. Do to me seeing them cleaning the rooms and JUST fixing the beds, at last I saw them take off the sheets, but they just put the covers over the clean sheets.. That's fine cuz we slept on top anyways and fully clothed. Toilets were old. Econo Lodge on Harbor was 100 times better than this one.. Don't understand why.
