clean
I had 3 rooms & all were adequate. Clean, but nothing special. Cabinet door wouldn't stay closed, linens looked old & tv guides out of date. Looked like rooms didn't match. Shower terribly small. My biggest objection (surprise) was paying an extra $100.00 dollars to park 2 cars for 3 days at a hotel I already paid almost $1200.00. No shuttle to the parks. Nothing about this stay said please come back.

Where's the wifi
Having to pay $10/day for Wifi & then having totally lousy connections was a real rip-off. The walk to Disneyland is a bit longer than I expected. And bring your own water!! $3.00/bottle is a lot to pay & what comes out of the tap is not drinkable!!

Fool Again by Photographs
It was fine. We were only there for one evening; however, it looked nothing like any of the photographs that depicted hardwood floors, large windows, ect. Imagine if a Motel 8 had really nice big white comforters. The coffee pot leaked, the shower head was awfully cheap, broken, and spraying every which way. In the morning we woke up to breakfast served on-time and quite good. Then I had realized I left my razor at home and called the front desk for help. The only help I got was āWe donāt carry disposable razors but thereās a 7-11 two blocks awayā. Iāll never stay there again, but I imagine that others will have better experiences at this hotel than I have. I think Iāll just pay the extra 20-30 bucks and stay at one of the Disneyland Resort hotels.

Disneyland Dec 2012
Hotel room was big, nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Was able to connect to the HDMI TV to watch movies. The couch in the room was a bit saggy. We had an upstairs room which I would recommend because of the walls were a bit thin. I could hear talking in the next room and other peoples little children were running up and down the outside halls. It was a 20 minute walk to Disneyland cutting through the Grand California Hotel. This was a bit too much of a walk to go back and forth during the day to and from the Hotel to the parks. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food. We did try and use the hot tub 2 of the nights and it was overrun by partiers. That was a bit of a bummer. The bar and the pool are right next to each other so not quite a family atmosphere. My Son, 12 years old, did enjoy the pool. The best part was the room size and quality.

20 minute walk to Disneyland cutting though the Grand California Hotel. Great time to visit the parks, not to crowded. Lots of rides with 10 minute wait times.

Nothing great but the location
The Good: The location is outstanding. The front desk staff is attentive and gracious. The bad: The walls are paper thin (YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING). Other than decent linens, thee room is poorly appointed. The hotel restaurant is a total show. Absolutely terrible food and even worse service. Bottom line: Lower your expectations. The location and price is right. The total product will not be memorable or quality in any respect.

Nice for a Motel
Pros: - Close to Disneyland (15 minute walk to entrance) - Nice family pool - Beautifully kept premises - Clean rooms Cons: - Nickel and dime customers for parking, WiFi, etc. - No shuttle service - Not enough parking spots - Did not meet expectations for a nice vacation hotel - felt like a motel

Very relaxed, friendly hotel
We stayed at the Anabella because of its proximity to Disneyland. We didn't have a car, so staff went out of their way to help us move luggage to and from our room etc. and couldn't have been more helpful. It has a lovely relaxed vibe, nice rooms with comfortable beds (we are really fussy, but they were great) and a nice restaurant on site, and others nearby. Disneyland shuttle bus stops right by the front of the hotel. Only disappointment was a problem with hot water, which was quickly rectified by management. We would definitely recommend.

Long walk from hotel
Use the shuttle bus to Disneylands' main gate; it is quite a long walk otherwise. Minimal cost, and it runs every 20 minutes.

Clean, comfy, close and affordable!
The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Disneyland was a quick 10 minute walk, you just have to know how to go through the Grand Californian hotel to DCA or downtown disney. The parking was extra and I had to pay for an additional car which was another $20 on top of the $14 for my car but I would stay at this hotel again, it was nice for a quick trip.

Disneyland visit
Reasonable visit---except: Shower had too much water spray. I forgot to unplug the bathtub so it collected water during my use. The sprayer was not adjustable and the pressure was tremendous, it hit me in the stomach and hurt, I hurried to get it over but noted that the tub was half full. This is a serious waste of Californias water supply. A few years ago all Calif hotels were supposed to install restrictors. Additionally they need a sprayer head tha is adjustable. We wouldn't stay there again.
