Wingate by Wyndham Yuma

Thank god it is located right off the freeway and very easy to find. About 2 blocks away from a variety of shops and restaurants.....The hotel staff were extremely accomodating with our very late check-in which could have been very stressful. We had been driving in from the San Francisco area that day. The complimentary breakfast was really delicious and there was an assortment to choose from.

The hotel and it staff was amazing they where always helpful and courteous the hot water heater broke when we stayed there for a day or two but other than that it was a good hotel and put in the middle of town so a great location

We'd not stayed at a Wingate before, but were very impressed. Nice lobby area, and the room itself was large, modern and nicely furnished. Breakfast was excellent, with a large selection. Quiet location but conveniently located for the mall - you can walk there in about 5 minutes. Downtown Yuma is a few minutes' drive away. For the price we paid (about $90 all Inc.) we would definitely stay again!

As a female traveling on business alone, safety is important, and cleanliness. My recent stay was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. I loved that there was a reading chair and ottoman, large desk and large mirror in the bedroom area, (important for us women getting dressed in the morning) Many hotels (and high end hotels) have mirrors only in the bathrooms. Room had a high end feel without the extra costs. Breakfast (included in price) made a quick grab easy on my way out. Location right off freeway and near shopping, restaurants and movie theater. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have stayed at a nearby hotel for substantially more, with the same results. I stayed here only because Orbitz price worked for my budget. I will definitely stay again,. Thanks Orbitz!

On the road for six hours, we pull in at 4:30, it's 114 degrees outside. Our nice room is ready but they didn't get the air conditioners on In time and the room had to be at least 85 degrees or more. Too hot and stuffy to take a rest, no other rooms available. We head over to the mall to kill time. Wasn't cool till after dinner. Asked for partial compensation and offered 20 percent off the next stay....if you book direct...which is about 20 percent higher than Orbitz. In other words nothing!

Have stayed at this facility several times. I always return because the room is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is perfect way to start the day! I recommend staying here whether your single or with your family.

I had to work on my computer files while at this wonderful little hotel. Free wireless internet in a most comfortable King room. Great shower, huge TV, very comfortable bed....and gracious staff. What more could you ask....also terrific location just a few blocks from the Yuma Palms Mall complex, with great shops and eateries.
