Shilo Inn Yuma

The spa was not heated. The steam room had no steam or heat. The room had a bad smell. The in room refridgerator was just a box. It was not cold. The toilet handle was broken. The staff's answer to the problems was to give me a coupon for 10% off to a 1 star steak house. My whole experience was not good and I will not return.

The staff was always nice and helpful. Our room was comfortable and the little extras were great ( internet access, microwave,coffee maker, mini refridgerator). The pool was great for cooling off in the hot weather. Plus we were close to everything we needed. I will stay here again.

This hotel offers large rooms with all the amenities you could want. It had a comfortable king bed, microwave, fridge, couch, table with comfy chair, a separate desk with chair, and lots of dresser space. The rooms are somewhat outdated, but offer everything. The hotel has a better free breakfast with eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, milk, juices, bagels, and more. There's a great pool, fitness room, computer to use, and free wifi. The location is directly off the freeway with very easy access. It's in the nicer part of Yuma, directly across the street from a large entertainment venue with a Target, movie theaters, many restaurants, and a couple bars. There's a Famous Daves barbeque, Chilis, Buffalo Wild Wings, and many other restaurants. Most of this is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. Though the hotel is right off the freeway, you don't hear any noise. Would highly recommend.

My stay at the Shilo in was awsome,the room was very clean the people where great it was so good i stayed two more days , i will stay there again when i go back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We were allowed to bring our cat. The pool area is also very big and nicely decorated

I was there for a day on the Colorado River. The biggest issue for me was the pillows, bring your own if you can. In my opinion horribly uncomfortably fluffy and hard.The hotel is dated however, clean and maintained. The staff I found to be friendly. I have stayed in the hotel before near pool area and was loud in evening. This stay was in a much quieter part of hotel that I appreciated very much.

very nice stay, the pool is great and very good meals with the complimentary breakfast, the room very comfortable, well equiped and excellent room size.

We stayed at the hotel just to get away for the weekend. The staff was great from the moment I checked in until we checked out with the exception of Saturday night. Apparently we were at the pool too late and the gentleman was a little rude about letting us know. The ice machine did not work on our floor but the others one did so not a big deal. The location was great, right by the mall. I would stay here again.
