Love the Shiloh!
Amazing pool and hot tub. Rooms have fridge and microwave. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice complimentary breakfast. Was just stopping through on the way to San Diego, but stopped to visit the Yuma Territorial Prison, impressive historical site and that with the town's donations, are able to keep it open.. Amazing value for the very inexpensive price. Would definitely recommend the Shiloh!

little run down, but in a good way.
the Shiloo Inn was a very nice place to stay, if your on a budget. dont go looking for five stare rooms here. but if you need a nice clean room on the cheap, this is your place. the facility was old,but it was well kept. I would stay there again for what I used it for. I was there to hunt. I got dirty and the staff didnt complain, they cleaned up and the room was ready when I wanted it to be. again not a five star, but it was clean. If I had any negitivities, it would be the morning breakfast. I think they could have used some fresh items, and stayed away from the quick microwave stuff, but it was filling and free. like i said on the cheap.

It is a shame
I've been a guest at the Shilo for business travel for over 30 years. It still remains my favorite location, best pool, good gym, and comfortable beds. The cons are sad. The managment takes poor care of the facility and do not pay attention to details such as non working telephones, non working ice machines, terrible business work amenities. Worst breakfast arrangmements you can imagine. They keep all the bread, muffins, and bagels wraped in plasitic wrap, and serve them day after day without repalcing with fresh food. They are penny wise but pound foolish. Horrible stale products for the guests. It is true this is an older classy Yuma hotel, but there is no excuse for letting it go to the years without simple steps to make it competitive with the literaly 1000's of new rooms buit in Yuma over the last several years.

Great location for the price
The location was convenient for the business I was comducting, and the staff were very helpful since I had to extend my time another night. The conplimentary breakfast was a plus. I even found a starbucks close by. The hotel could use some upgrading as far as rugs, paint, etc. Generally, a good experience.
