stayed for six nights - the cleaning was adequate except for one day when we were completely skipped eveb though we left at 7:15 a.m. That evening when we requested clean towels, the desk clerk was irritated and never offered an apology or adjustment on the bill. /the building was fairly quiet except for the first night when there was a roaring party going on from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.We attempted to redeem our coupon for a "free breakfast" but the diner was small and packed with a line out the door. We just skipped this "perk" after that. We will probably look for other accomodations in the future.

Good value
Easy to find. Good value for the[...] price. Received $7.50 per person coupon for diner next door - good towards any meal. Diner was much better than a typical 'hotel breakfast'. Outdoor pool was supposed to be heated, but it wasn't. Room was pretty clean, except for a filthy carpet. Reported the carpet issue to the staff and they made excuses about their carpet cleaners being broken. Best 3* hotel value in the area. Double-paned windows keep out the freeway noise.

nice and quiet
The first three rooms that they sent me to had not been cleaned, so we went to dinner and the room was cleaned. The rooms were quiet, nice and dark and we slept well.

The best Yuma has to offer!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was great. The room was very clean. Next time we go to Yuma we will be sure to stay there again!

Unbeatable location for the price
The hotel was in a perfect location for our shopping trip into Mexico. Very safe and also within walking distance to a very nice Yuma mall. The added benefit of an included meal next door at a cute 50's diner was perfect. Would for sure go back to this clean and convenient hotel.
