Nestled in the Yuma & Gila Valleys of Southern AZ is The FAIRFIELD INN by MARRIOTT??. Conveniently located 1.5 miles from the MARINE CORPS AIR STATION and Yuma International Airport. 16 Golf courses, Hiking, Birding & RockHounding are abundant in the Yuma area. Historic Yuma Territorial Prison, the Colorado River, Yuma Proving Grounds and Crossing State Historic Park are just minutes away. The backwater channels of the COLORADO River provide plentiful fishing with 4 kinds of Bass, Catfish, Crappie & Tilapia. The FAIRFIELD INN by MARRIOTT is only 8 mi from Algodones, Mexico and The Imperial Sand Dunes. Also located in Yuma is the Wetlands Park, one of Arizona's largest children playground facilities. The Yuma River Tours and the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge are perfect for the outdoor enthusiast!

We'll return

Our second visit to the Fairfield Inn in 6 months. An excellent stopover on our drives to San Diego. The Fairfield is clean, attractive, light. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Location (near an attractive Yuma mall) is a plus. Breakfast is typical Fairfield - not wonderful but keeps us going as we continue our drive.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Many pleasant chains nearby. We are fans of Olive Garden, in the mall area, but also were pleased to see many other restaurants in the vicinity.
