Wonderful Stay!!
Me and my husband were on vacation, and stoped in Yuma to see his Dad. We read the reviews and stayed at the Best Western. It was my husbands birthday so they gave us a upgrade to an executive suite! It was awesome!! Very comfortable, clean, 2 big screen tv's. Great free full breakfast. Would recommend to everyone going to Yuma.

Something is missing
I needed a pad and pen....None in room. Kitchen light burned out flouresent tube. Coffee in room was good but I hate Sweet and Low and powdered hydroginated cream. (only choice). There was not a "Do not Disturbe Sign" in the room. Paper and plastic cups. Noisy referigerator. Old TV Set. Hot breakfast was okay.. If this is to be called an all suites hotel they could use a few lessons from Hampton Suites like in room Srarbucks coffee, half&half, real glasses and coffee mugs. They are slowly trying to make improvements. Go to Hampton and feel like you are in a suite.

Good central location for business and pleasure
When we arrived at the hotel the room we requested (regular room) was kept by the previous clients for an extra day, so they upgraded us to an executive suite with no extra chages. Very nice, comfortable room close to parking, pool, restaurant and gazebo. The room/bedding etc. was acceptable for cleanliness, but the rug needed a good shampoo. The hotels location is very close to a large shopping centre, restaurants, Mexico and the airport. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Decent breakfast, small but clean pool. Excellent Free Happy Hour from 5 - 6:30 daily. Very quiet and walking distance to mall and restaurants.

I called to confirm reservation and asked what I needed to bring they said only my id.Well upon checking in I needed a credit card which I did not have was given a hard time even tho my room was paid for.Was put in a room that i did not pay for,really nice room only not the president jacuzzi suite with king sofa sleeper.decided to take anyway. filled the whirlpool tub only to have it shoot black slime on me,maintenance came said it was fixed and it did it again,was moved to another room still not a pres.jacuzzi suite, this jacuzzi only dripped hot water, would take a week to fill. there were dirty socks in the kitchen drawer, called the manager and he moved us to what he said "this is the room you ordered and was supposed to have" ok trying to pull a fast one on us.Room was nice but the nice place settings the had set up for us had dried ketchup on the plate and another had bacon stuck on it. Was so tired of moving around we let this go but did point it out,They pulled the garbage out of the can on balcony on sat. am and left there til Monday am. stinking and leaking in the sun, when they removed it they left the sticky stinky ooze to dry in the sun.When we asked for room service all they did was make our bed did not vacuum or clean the bathroom

Neat, Clean, Great Place to Stay
We stay here to get dental work done in Mexico. This hotel is close to the border, is surrounded by great eating places, and good shopping. The rooms are good sized and clean.

Best Western Yuma
This is the fourth time I've stayed at the Yuma Mall Best Western on Castle Dome. It has the best amenities you'd ever want including a complete breakfast buffet and afternoon Happy Hour to complement very comfortable rooms. The hotel is very convenient to a fantastic mall and downtown shops. I can't compliment the staff enough. My next trip to Yuma will once again include this Best Western.

OUTSTANDING BREAKFAST. ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT THE CARPETS WERE NOT THAT CLEAN, YOU NEED TO SHAMPOO THE CARPETS MORE OFTEN. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE.
