somewhat disappointed
the room was clean enough and the breakfast decent, but the fact that the pool was closed and the wi-fi was down was took some enjoyment out of our stay. Would not likely stay again under the same conditions.

Fishing Mom 2013
you get what you pay for
We needed a room to sleep, not a hotel to spend time in and I guess this place provided that. This is an old property and it showed in the grounds and in the bathroom especially. Good points... bed comfortable, complete hot breakfast with pleasant room hostess whom we tipped! Wouldn't recommend to family or friends.

Cost effective
The rate was good, but the cleanliness was not. These rooms were spacious, well located, but badly in need of refurbishing. Shower dirty and ceiling falling down, killed bugs on the floor, just kinda dirty overall. Screaming for a remodel! Breakfast was good! And the price factor a plus too. Great for budget conscious and rail road workers:)

BULLDOZERS HERE WE COME !!!!!!!
it's time to give up this to urban renewal. Bathrooms are bad,especially the main lobby area,carpet is wavy,concrete is falling apart.

Super Frank
needs a refresh
Room smelled of bleach and carpet was stained. Bathroom towels were small and threadbare, tub looked dirty. The best thing about this motel was the good breakfast.

No WIFI in rooms
Got a room for 47 per night. Good value. Clean room. Close to airport. Upon check in the front desk said I had to pay 7 bucks extra for non smoking room. Guy said I reserved a smoking room. Still ok deal for 54 a night. All in all this is a rundown property that is clean and surprisingly had good comfortable beds. NO WIFI IN ROOMS. Three stars if you get a cheap rate. Not worth more than 50 bucks or so. 2.5 stars

Tired and needs lots of work.....
My room had actual DUST BUNNY strings hanging from the ceiling over my bed. Front desk was notified, but housekeeping blew me off and did not come and fix the problem. Also, a dirty hand towel was left hanging on rack. Dressing room area had a big green paint splotch on the wall as if someone had started painting room and then ran out of paint and never came back to finish it. The one and only PLUS was that the breakfast was good. So many other hotels to chose from...........

A Winter Visitor
Great location!
The ammenities were nice and the location great. Wifi was terrible, changed rooms and still couldn't get it, but sat in lobby and it was good there. Breakfast was good if you got there early enough, otherwise they ran out of food.
