Very small but comfortable room. The bathroom was very clean, which is a big deal to me. The room included a continential breakfast, which was very basic but really good. The blueberry muffins & OJ were surprisingly good.

Decent Price - You get what you pay for.

The bathroom door did not close and latch. The bedroom door could not close because the bed was in the way and it was too big for the room. The hot tub room flooded and there was no place to put the towels. The tiles were coming off the pool, but it was clean.

Good place to stay

We were at the hotel only for the night sleep. Woke up early morning 3 AM and left to catch the sunrise at Grand Canyon. It was a 1 hr drive from the hotel to Mather's point. One of the bathrooms(room 220) didn't have an exhaust fan and it was a bit of bad experience for us staying in that room. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience staying at the hotel.

Great location if you are traveling to or from the Grand Canyon. The room was standard, clean, and perfect for a short stay. A small free breakfast was avaliable. Staff were friendly.

Williams, Arizona

The room was neat and orderly but not very clean. Room temperature was hard to control as it used an old window unit A/C for heat. It was either too hot or too cold. The breakfast was ok for cold cereal but you had to eat it back in your room as there was no breakfast nook.

Just say no

Have you ever been to a motel that was so bad you would rather sleep in the car? Where you slept in your clothes and considered throwing them away in the morning just in case? If you haven't and are looking for that experience this is the place for you!The rooms are small but make up for that with their dirty floors, worn out furniture, and the smell of something along the lines of a rotting skunk. The heater was right next to one of the beds and was very old and loud. The heat cycled on at 60 and off at 90 so you couldn't get comfortable.I suggest you name all the bed springs when you first get there because you will become very well acquainted with them over night assuming you are brave enough to lay on the bed. I was really scared of what I was going to find when I pulled back the comforter so much so that I waited until my traveling oompanion left the room to do so.The bathroom was small but relatively up to date and functional. No real complaints there but I'm a guy so if I'm able to wash the smelly spots I'm happy. We booked the room for two nights. It was so bad that we didn't come back for the second night. We just couldn't face another night there so drove back to Vegas and stayed somewhere where they will leave a bulb illuminted for you.

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

The town of Williams is quaint and the people were very nice. Ate at the steak house one night and the food was decent. Grand Canyon Railway provided a fun trip to and from the Grand Canyon. I really enjoyed the town and wish we had been able to stay and spend some time there the next day.

Customer Service? What is that?

Due to some errors made by the Hotel Staff I was booked into a smoking room when I specificly requested a non-smoking room. When I pointed out the problem and showed them the online reservation, they said the only thing I could do was pay $12 more to upgrade to another non-smoking room! What a joke. They were not even helpful. Additionally, the bathroom walls had mold on them and the place smelled bad. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. If I had used the extra $12 and booked another room at another hotel I would have been much happier. Problem was they wouldn't refund us our money after they had made the mistake.
