You get what you pay for

On a tight budget, on our way home to California, we just needed a place to lay our heads. Although the staff isn't the friendliest of people, we had a good night's rest at an affordable rate. It is an average motel, nothing really special about it so if you're like us and need a cheap place to stay, The Westerner works fine.

old motel

Our trip to Williams Arizona, was to meet up with family and friends, my niece and her husband also rented a room there, When we checked in the women working wasn't very experienced, she charged us another $7.00 on top of what we had already paid online, through [...] I asked her what the charge was for, and she said she didn't know, but I could call the manager, and gave me his business card, we just wanted to check in and get going to meet our family. That evening when we came back to the motel for the night, I went in to take a shower and the wash cloths where very dirty, when we went to bed there where stains on the pillow cases, and the dust ruffle was all torn up. I wouldn't stay at this motel again.

No kicks on Route 66

This place was awful! If I had an option of zero stars on this review, that's what I would have chosen. The rooms were dirty - hair and fingernail clippings in the bathrooms. It was really noisy - lots of folks running around, and a train that runs very nearby. I'm relatively certain someone was dealing drugs from 2 doors down. The staff was argumentative and unpleasant. I would like someone from Orbitz to contact me about this. I feel I am entitled to at least a partial refund. Orbitz should remove this property from their site. Truly awful. KP

This motel is located on Route

This motel is located on Route 66, which is rather "cool". However, this comes with some extra noise from traffic cruising the street. The room was small but ample for our purposes since we basically slept there, showered, and left early the next day.

Small ,but comfy

This is an older no frills motel with very small rooms and no extras. But it was inexpensive and clean. It's in a convenient location and was surprisingly quiet considering it's very near the train station. A good bargain for a short stay.
