ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I WAS CUSSED OUT BYT HE OWNERS AT CHECK-IN, IN FRONT OF MY YOUNG CHILDREN, THEN THEY STARTED IN ON MY HUSBAND [...]. ENDED UP STAYING AT A MUCH NICER HOTEL WITH FABULOUS COURTEOUS STAFF AND CLEAN HOTEL. [...] WILL NEVER STAY AT A SUPER 8!!!

It is what it is

Stayed on night to get a early start out to the grand canyon. This place is exactly what it is, a place to hang your hat for the night. The lady at the front desk made me feel like a felon. When checking in she grilled me on how many people are staying in the room, I said just me and my wife. She replied with some sort of comment about that we have to declare everyone, implying that I was lying. Then she went on that say that if anything is missing or taken from the room she will charge my credit card. How insulting. Hey lady I am staying the week in a suite at MGM for the week in Vegas and I am going to take something from your sh*tty little motel in podunk AZ. If you can get past the lie detector test, it will work for a night.

Very clean place to spend the night.

Easy to find fun downtown Williams on the same road (Route 66) less than a mile away. Good Mexican food while listening to live music on the patio and drinking yummy margaritas!

Good for the value

I'm not the best person to rate a hotel because I don't spend much time there anyway. I m travelling, I'm travelling to know places and not hotels. Excellent hotel for the value with clean and quiet rooms and a decent continental breakfast.

Horrible Hotel!

The staff at this hotel is the worst. They are unprofessional, crazy and were screaming at my family after they could not find our reservation. The called us liars and even hung up on [...] staff when they tried to sort out our reservation. This place is not safe for anyone to stay at let alone with children. This hotel should not be on the list for anyone. Towns people advised us of several stories to include police involvement with the staff.

Pretty Basic

The room was OK, as for being clean. Staff was OK, but the ice machine was the only one in the lobby, and no containers to take to room.

Rude staff

We traveled for 5 days in Arizona, and this was the only motel that had an unfriendly staff.

Unfriendly, cheap owners

The owners of this hotel never smiled or conversed with us. In fact, I would consider them rude. There were other visitors at the hotel from other countries and it was obvious that the owners were more interested in taking care of them than us. They provided suggestions for travel etc. in another language to other travelers, but we never even got so much as a hello or good morning. The towels that were provided could barely be called towels. They were so thin, I would have put them in my rag box. It was almost impossible to dry yourself after a shower effectively. The room was extremely small. The bed was comfortable, but there was barely room for our luggage.

There was a nice historic district a short distance away. We ate at a restaurant called Cruisers. The ribs were the best I've ever tasted.
