Great Value

We checked in late and only stayed one night but the hotel was great. I'm glad we got there before 10 pm because the office closes...not sure how we would have gotten in after 10. The room was very nicely done, modern and clean. Looks like they newly remodeled. The only tiny issue we had was regulating the room temp. They only have the wall unit to heat the room and ours didn't seem to have a low setting, so we toggled between being too hot or too cold during the night. Other than that, everything was very nice and the staff are excellent. Family owned and operated.

Great service, modern on the inside.Very clean, continental breakfast, flatscreen tv, great value. We chose this location based on it being wthin 45 min to the Gand Canyon. The other reviews are accurate: Small town with small town character in a nice way. We will choose to come back here when visiting the Grand Canyon again since the hotels around it are much more costly. I've stayed in other hotels and this is a better one.

Nice place

The rooms were very updated. Nice decor, comfortable beds, working heater new TV etc. The employees were very friendly as well. It had a great location and was easy to walk around the town. It did get loud at night due to the snow and the road cleaners. Don't let the outside scare you away the rooms were great. I am very picky when it comes to place to stay and I would stay here again with my family.

Beware of Rodeway Inn & suites downtowne

Upon review of the hotel, my family decided not to stay at this motel-type "hotel"...However, the hotel charged my mastercard $144.50 eventhough I told them I did not feel safe there and the room, called a suite, was too small for my family. It took a long time to reduce the charge to $50--after several calls, etc.

Neat and clean hotel

This hotel was located in the center of Williams and you can walk to restaurants and shops. The room is small however has everything you would need. We thought the room was a little pricey however it was probably more due to their recent renovations. The people were very friendly and provided great service.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Most of the restaurants are in walking distance. We recommend Rod's Steakhouse for wounderful steak and it provided great service. Also Cruisers is a nice place for burgers, steaks and pasta and also has an outdoor area with live music at night. Pancho Mcgillicudi's had good fajitas however the service was not very good. They also have an outdoor area with live music. Pine Country Restaurant provided good dinners and good breakfast with timely service.
