Very Nice Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very nice. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing. I think if there was one thing that would be a negative it would have to be that there was no free continental breakfast included, other than that we really did not have any complaints. Nice place to stay.

Dog friendly Hotel

We chose the Ramada because of being dog friendly and Williams' close proximity to the Grand Canyon. The room was clean and the shower was amazing. We truly enjoyed the downtown area and the Grand Canyon winery/brewery for the tasting and Tara's wonderful personality.

Never again!

The first thing we had to address was the lack of an elevator. Hauling our luggage up a flight of stairs without any offer of assistance was unexpected. The binder in the room that should have had hotel information was virtually empty. When I called the desk to get the internet access code, I was told 3 times that it was on my "key slip". It wasn't. Finally the desk clerk gave me the code. None of the vending or ice machines worked on the second floor. After trekking around the second floor, we ended up having to go to the ones on the first floor near the lobby. The hot tub was not working. Our door key didn't work on the second day, so there was another trek down and up the stairs to get a new one. When we were ready to check out, the stairs were blocked for maintenance. So we had to find another set of stairs. We traveled with another couple and they experienced the same things. Thankfully, the rooms were clean and well-equipped so we, at least, slept well.

Nothing special just a typical hotel

Weary travels don't expect early check-in at all even for an extra expense and thirty minutes early. Front desk staff was very lazy and not interested in helping guests otherwise hotel was clean.

Money-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Do not buy gas in this town it is actually cheaper down the road in any direction including the Grand Canyon area and by $1 or so.

Grand Canyon trip

The room was nice and big. Lots of room for kids to move around. The restaurant in hotel was good. Big burgers! I had forgotten my credit card in the bar after a purchase and they brought it up to my room. Not too far from Grand Canyon entrance.
