What a pleasure
We spent the first night at the Railway hotel as part of a package. I wished we would have chucked the package and spent two night at the Holiday Inn. It was wonderful, loved our suite. Two adjoining rooms, one bathroom. The front desk was helpful and I have never been to another hotel that had Bath and Body works as there in room products. What a nice touch, this was a favorite of the 5 hotels we stayed on this trip.

there is a thrift store in town that we got our hiking socks and boots at. The boots were only $4 each, and the socks were brand new.The store was set up to help disable kids get to camp. It was clean and very well stocked.

First CA Vacation
Average at best. Alternative building entrance inoperative even after being told by desk clerk that it was. No elevator. No continental breakfast. One wastebasket per room. Few available electrical outlets, and many covered up by furniture. Room rate overpriced for fewer amenities.

Bad lodging
The front desk person wasn't friendly and acted like giving any customer service was NOT her job. The lodging for the price very ordinary. Beds were uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Holiday Inn Williams.
This hotel provided a very enjoyable and comfortable experience. The room was clean, and the pool area was also very enjoyable. I would not recommend the hotel restaurant. The service leaves much to be desired. There are far better places to eat out in town anyway. The restaurant is the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars.

Polar express trip
The location is ideal for the polar express stay. If snow comes there is a great area right outside the back door for the kids to play in the snow. We were positive we left an expensive battery and charger plugged into the wall under the hairdryer but someone it disappeared and the staff was not helpful to try and ensure it was returned to us.
