Getaway
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Surprisingly, our room was located near the railroad and it was very quiet. Breakfast was available at the railroad cafe for a reasonable price. Everything in the buffet you can image. Along with made to order egg omelets. Plenty of dining options within walking distance of the hotel. Also, plenty of parking space available. Pet hotel available if you had pets and wanted to ride the train to the Grand Canyon.

Grand Canyon railway Hotel.
There is absolutely no name of the hotel at the premises. If you didn't have the address you would never find it. The buffet there was below average and food was almost tasteless. Not the place to eat unless you don't have transportation to go elsewhere.

Family Getaway
The hotel staff were friendly and placed both rooms next to each other. The amenities were average. It was nice to have a cafe/restaurant nearby. We liked the atmosphere and the coach rides offered with entertainment. We also liked the convenience of getting on the Grand Canyon train ride. The family had a nice time however didn't stay at the hotel too long to enjoy everything, it was all about the train and the Grand Canyon!

Weekend getaway
We stayed in Williams and took the Grand Canyon Railway to the Grand Canyon. 2 1/2 hours there and back with entertainment on the train. It was a great time. Williams is a fun town with gunfights in the streets. The hotel was across the parking lot from the depot. The service at the hotel bar was not the best. Requested a working remote for tv but not such luck.

Great Hotel
We stayed one night at the Hotel. It was my daughter's and my first time to Williams, in fact to the USA. The hotel was PERFECT! We had adjoining rooms as we were traveling with an Amercian friend of mine. It was snowing when we got there and the rooms were lovely and warm. The whole Hotel setting and staff could not have been any better!

Uneventful stay
We did not spend a whole lot of time at the hotel except for resting after spending time at the Grand Canyon. This hotel is about 45-60 minutes from the Grand Canyon National Park entrance. The pool was small but it was enough to relax after the long days. There is also a very nice mini gym but I doubt it gets used much since walking in the Grand Canyon is in itself a good exercise.

This hotel is in Williams, AZ. The town organizes a Wild West show during the summer months. It is very entertaining to watch it if you have kids.
