Average Four Diamond Resort?

Overall I would have to say we were disappointed. When booking reservations we had my wife, me, and my son for the Christmas weekend. The beds were two "full" sized beds...surprised they weren't queen size beds. Way too small for a resort room that was certainly large enough for the bigger beds. Beds were overally soft. Refrigerator in room did not work. Ironing board was wrinkled and unusable. Had to cover with towel to use and that was a pain. View was awesome, staff was awesome, amenities were awesome, service was awesome. Everything outside the room was exceptional

Great place for celebrating 80th birthday

We stayed here while in town to celebrate my parents 80th birthdays. Wonderful place, staff was always cheerful and helpful. We had both breakfast and appetizers and drinks at the resort. Saw a hawk close up while having breakfast on our last day there. Room was quiet and had a great view of the mountains over the golf course. Would defiantly stay here again, already trying to figure out when we can go.

Lovely hotel, but a little outdated

The staff was very friendly, but the walls were very thin, I had to deal with a couple fighting in the room next to me for 2 days. The hotel bar was nice, but I really didn't have a chance to take advantage of much else.

corporate greed!!!

Starting out it seemed wonderful, location was perfect, people seemed wonderful with great personalities. Then reality set in: Nasty carpet in the dated room, nasty curtains, old tube TV, dated bathroom, no view at all. Went to get ice 1st night and it was black, talked to manager he sent ice from kitchen. Went to get ice 2nd night it was black, called desk they sent more from kitchen. Did not try 3rd night desperation had set in. Heavenly bed seemed old lumpy and hard. Would not recommend to anyone. Food was marginal.
