A delightful place

We were there on a five day stay to visit family members and see what Tucson is all about. The Residence Inn was the perfect spot. Well located, easy to get into and out of. We felt welcome when we walked in. The staff greeted us like family. A plus was the complimentary breakfast in the Gatehouse that changed every morning. It kept you going most of the day. Well planned and organized and we never felt rushed. Can hardly wait for our next trip to the area and another stay at this great place.

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

If you need groceries or other essentials it's a short distance to plenty of shopping. Great restaurants in the immediate area are a bonus.

Clean and Convenient Quality Stay

We played golf and visited friends. We have been to Tucson before. We loved the complete hot breakfast with a menu that changed each day. The food was of good quality and nicely presented. It was great! We ate a good breakfast and did not need lunch when we played golf.

Best service and friendliest staff

Our first trip to Arizona to see our new grandbaby. The suite was lovely, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and loved the soft pillows. The staff here was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. We also liked the breakfast buffet every morning to start our day. Would greatly recommend this hotel to any of our friends and family. Also great location to the many stores nearby. Short drive to the Park Place and Foothills malls. Thank you Residence Inn on Speedway

Relaxing, Clean, Quiet, Very Comfortable

We spent three days in Tucson and appreciated the hotel's close proximity to dining and shopping centers. We shared our suite with 2 teenagers and found it to be just enough room for all of us, and the flat-screen t.v. was an unexpected delight. The shower was clean and fully stocked with the best hotel-brand lotion and conditioner I've ever used. My husband especially enjoyed the full breakfast bar each day. Good food selection and fresh pastries! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an affordable place to stay that offers perks that you would expect only from the more expensive hotels.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Go to Oregano's Pizza Bistro at 4900 E. Speedway Blvd. for the most awesome pizza and lasagna. A Pizza Cookie for desert is mandatory....but get two or else you'll be left craving more. Super service and utterly delicious food. Go in the late afternoon, in between the lunch and dinner crowds.
