Surprised by hotel, after reading reviews

I found this hotel to be a diamond in the rough, I expected a dive after reading some of the reviews online from hotel dot com, kay-ak, and using my nav on my phone. The room was clean, hot water (pressure a little low) but ez to deal with, comforable bed, ac and TV both worked great and all for a terrific price, would stay at this one again in a heart beat. GOOD JOB!

Clean, comfortable, good value

Very professional young man checked me in. Clean, new bedspreads, good security. Quiet and good value. My only complaint was that the cable or satellite did not offer very good channel choices! You certainly can live with that for a one night stay.....

a room 2 rest your head

Requested a non smoking room and was placed right next door to a smoking room where the guest smoked outside and the smell came through my room door. The hotel did apologize for that inconvenience and stated would look into the placements of non smoking and smoking rooms.

Red Roof A BIG No No!

Whe I first arrived I noticed that the motel was not as close to the Airport as I thouhgt. After checking in I inspected my room. The toilet had urine still on it, the bath tub was dirty and the bed sheets were stained with fecal matter and dirt. This was by far the worst condition of a room that i have ever experienced!!! Although the clerk provided assistance to try to fix the matter, there was no undooing what had already been done.

Functional. Needed a place to sleep before and after air travel and this worked well. Basic, clean, but need to remember ask for nonsmoking room if desired.

The average

I got a smoking room and had to request a change. The wireless system was down and I was told I could hook up in the lobby. When I tried I was told I only had access to wireless if I had a king bed, or else had to pay $7.95. Their information on wireless availability was misleading.
