The hotel was nice overall, the check-in was ok. The check-in person help someone that had cut in front of me. That was annoying, It was late and I was ready to get into the room. The food was ok, it was nice looking but not the best. The TV didn't work in one room. Other then that it was a good place and location. I would stay again.

needs upgrade

The room needs new carpet. Very dirty. Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet and was loose. Tab, shower showed old caulk. Overall very drab. The complimentary breakfast was better than the room.

Nice People

This motel is out of the way, but up against the mountains which makes it very beautiful. Very quaint, pretty courtyard, nice pool, good hot breakfast, room amenities, nice computers to work on and the people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. I'll return there when I got to the gem show next year!!!!!!!!!1

staff made up for shortcomings

Our second stay here, close to my sister's house for a big family event. We had to change rooms because the people above us were too loud- apparently there were kids as we heard running and jumping noises until late at night. The next day, the desk clerk happily gave us a new room with no one above us (as the hotel wasn't full yet), and even better, it was a suite (not that we really used its features)! Unfortunately, the same thing happened on the third night. Not much the property can do, but maybe the building is getting a little old?

Udall Recreation Center just to the east is a great place to exercise, if one doesn't have a car or doesn't want to go far.

Good value

Overall value was good, but needs improvement for someone appreciating quiet. The walls allowed for easy hearing of neighbors and the floor was creaky when just walking on it. However, the location and staff were superb and complimentary breakfast and happy hour were excellent. Well worth the price.

Good location good price

The rooms are nothing fancy - but for a Ramada - one I have stayed at several times now - it is clean, comfortable and has many accessible things like food and grocery. Upgraded to flatscreen TV's and new bedding since the last time I was there.

Tucson stay

This was a clean, affordable, quiet motel right on Tanque Verde Blvd. . We were given coupons for a generous breakfast and happy hour each evening. The court yard was charming with its fountains and plantings. For us the location was great. It was near Sabrino Canyon where we enjoyed hiking. There were also several good restrauants with in walking distance. We would return to this Ramada .
