Terrific in Tucson
We trailered our Harley to do some riding in the area. There was a great place to park and unload the bike. There were great eating places within an easy walk from the inn. In cooler weather, we would not have moved the car at all after stopping.

Great selections within in feet of the inn. More selections within an easy walk in cool weather. The only negative of our stay were the noisy suite air conditioners.

Great stay
The rooms were very comfortable (I LOVED the pillows), the pool was clean, the breakfast was tasty, and the price was very affordable. It's an older hotel and was undergoing some renovations, so it was a little messy, but overall the stay was wonderful.

Clean, loved the breakfast and happy hou
We enjoyed everthing about our stay, but wish the pool wouuld have been heated as advertised. Weather was in the high 70s so only went in once. hot tub is small.Good free breakfast buffet and enjoyable happy hour with other friendly guests . Room fine, no bedside table on one side, so used ironing board. Location central to visiting local museums, downtown, shopping etc--need a car to get around. Would stay here again.

Great hotel experience
We were in town for the Open Artists Studio tours and the Ramada Foothills met all of our needs; location, amenities, great service from staff. The beds were super-comfy, linens were soft, clean and very nice. We were put in an upgraded suite overlooking the pool; this was probably not what we paid for in the package, but it really worked to our advantage. The furnishings are a bit worn, but perfectly functional. The bathroom was typical in size for the era, and once again, completely adequate and clean. All of the service we received was excellent. This is not a 5-star hotel, but I will not hesitate staying there on my next trip.

Entertainment tip:
Not Applicable
Most museums, shops and galleries close by 6 PM in Tucson and it was difficult to find something to do in the evenings, other than going out to dinner. But there were definitely many dining options and all we tried were great.

A good weekend get away
The hotel was centrally located to the event we were attending, and the rooms were clean with what we required; refrigerator, coffee pot. We did not take advantage of the breakfast or drink coupons and one night the pool was closed due to storms. The hotel is older, and could use some upkeep the shower curtain bar had been pulled down and repaired but the wall hadn't been completed. All in all it was a pleasant stay, with good location, and helpful staff.
