Staycation

Just wanted a little peace and quiet to get away for a few days...this was perfect! The staff immediately greeted me upon arrival at check in without any request I was offered at no additional charge a premium room...the entire property was well maintained. My room was much more than I could ask for...for such a great price. Omni definitely takes pride in the appearance of their properties. I would highly recommend stopping by for a round of golf or just a quick get away. They have all the amenities you could ask for especially excellent customer service!

Solid

Did the resort thing again, it was my first time at the Omni. It was nice. Our room was a casita, with a king bed. It was a little smaller than used too but fine. The room was neat and clean, but dated, decor wise. Went to the main pool, it too was small, but adequate. Check out was at 11, which is early for a resort, but was ok with us leaving later, after a phone call.

Good with small issues

The room was big and we had ample space. The beds felt a little worn. You could feel some springs. The faucets were loose. The pools were very good and the golf and tennis activities were great.

Reasonable room for the money.

The property is fantastic! Very peaceful getaway! They definitely need to finish their room renovations though. Our room (407) was very "dated"! I didn't think places were still using the old "tube" TVs anymore. Our fridge was an old mini bar that had been cleaned out. The bathroom sinks needed replaced. Carpet should be cleaned. Other than that it was a pretty nice stay.

Nice resort

Hotel great, but never before have I had to rent the computer in the business center. $28 for an hour on the computer, plus a per page charge for printing. Surely a computer can be provided guests, as do all other hotels I've stayed in all over the world.
