I had an early flight and wanted a hotel close to the airport. It was a very comfortable room and I got a great night's sleep.

Housecleaning?

Location is convenient, room is average. Housecleaning skipped our room. We called to remind them (no response), then called back and the staff had left for the day.

Much room for improvement

This was my first stay at a La Quinta Inn. Reception staff on checking in was lethargic, unfriendly, unhelpful, clueless about rewards program. No smiles, no cheerfulness. While the lobby was clean, the main hallway was littered with small bits of trash and had obviously not been vacuumed in days. The elevator was the same. The room itself was clean, spacious, all in order. The hotel is very close to the airport and the continental breakfast was sufficient Overall, I would say a fair value but the reception staff really needs to be trained on presenting a good face to customers (and how about vacuuming?). I would recommend this only if a friend wanted barebones and close to the airport.

3 Generation Trip

Really close to the hotel and to downtown. Easy to get in and out of. Pool was very nice, rooms were nice, would have liked the room to include a small lotion but other than that really enjoyed our stay

Brief stay before catching a plane

When I walked in I immediately wished I followed my first instinct and made another reservation for more money. My driver brought my bags in and I had to push my own cart to the room. Quickly I went downstairs due to the disgust with the filthy carpets and received a recommendation to R&R Grill across the street where I spent most of the afternoon. Upon returning I took a nap and when I awoke something had bitten me on my ankle. The shower pressure was lovely however I could not go back to sleep because I felt like bed bugs were biting me. 4am wakeup call was on time and the driver to the airport was kind enough to put my bags in the car. Next time be it two hours or ten hours- I will spend the additional 75 dollars to get comfort and cleanliness. I was not comfortable sleeping in the beds with a place that seemed so unkempt. If given a choice btw there or the airport waiting area, I would go with the latter.

Rooms were nice and spacious for the money. Not any well known restaurants nearby but several fast food joints. Staff was friendly and helpful.

week long stay

Chose hotel for rate. Typical continental breakfast but food was good. Location worked out well for traveling to various golf courses we played. Only complaint was that bath tub drained very slowly.
