I liked everything about the hotel,the bed were very comfy,the breakfest was good .I liked the fact that you can take your food to the room,thats a plus.I also liked that the room came with a a frig and a microwave. The only thing that i think can be improved is all the noise in the hall in the middle of the night ,people were out the yelling and having conversations, so because of that my parents in room 101 did not sleep the whole night.I was awaked by all the noise around 3 am. it would be nice if management could clear the hallways in the middle of the night.

Family roadtrip
This hotel was the perfect location for where we were going in Tucson. It was clean and the complimentary breakfast couldn't have been better! My only complaint would be that the pool was TOO chlorinated. Amazing hotel experience! :)

Old Hotel..Needs help
Nice Staff...Dirty Bathroom/Hair on the floor and toilet...bugs in the bathroom as well. Magazines in the room were from 2009! I will not stay here again...

The rooms are good but the service of the staff was not good. I made a simple request after the stay via email, they never answer.

For Family or the traveler, a great stay
The accomodations were wonderful but most of all the people were fantastic. From the front desk to the sweet lady at the breakfast bar, everyone was so helpful and happy. It was a pleasure to visit the hotel. (The food was great)

An oasis in the desert!
We stayed in a large hotel in Tucson for my husband's business, then at this hotel the night before our flight. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful! There were cold bottles of water and cookies at the front desk as we checked in from our hiking! Even the breakfast was good and the nice lady putting out the food was fun to talk to. Slept great. Clean rooms. We would stay here again...

Nice Hotel; odd policy
We were staying for one overnight to get to the airport early. I did not like that they photocopied my ID. If I had been more alert when we arrived (late) I would have said no. The room is pre-paid. Why do they need to photo copy my ID? Everything you do anymore, and they want to copy your ID. What's going on? This is not the United States. I don't know what it is, but this is not a free country.

Over night stay
We went to Tucson to do some shopping without the kids and stayed one night. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express this summer, we stayed in Scottsdale in May. Both experiences were very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good also.

Great Hotel close to airport
I was returning from Business and did not do anything but sleep at the hotel. This hotel was excellant compared to some of the others I have styed in. It was priced reasonably and was less than 3 minutes from the airport.
