Heaven in the Catalina Foothills

Fantastic location with La Encantada mall and various restaurants in walking distance: Acacia across Skyline Drive from hotel; Firebirds (our best Delmonico steak in Tucson) at La Encantada mall - across Skyline Drive and Campbell from the hotel; Hacienda del Sol is about 3 miles from the hotel - we enjoyed a great dinner and lunch there. Saguaro National Park is worth driving 20 miles southeast from the hotel to see. Daily made-to-order breakfast done with freshest ingredients and never disappointing. Evening 5:30 to 7:30 PM drinks, wine and snacks for guests also very enjoyable. Underutilized exercise room with elliptical running machines, treadmills, a bike and weights - spotlessly clean - everthing well-mainained and in like-new condition. Hotel staff: very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Fine Dinning

I love Tucson, the location of this hotel is near the best shopping center, and four really great restaurants. The breakfast and happy hour was a plus.

Great Time in the Foothills

I enjoyed my stay at this great hotel located in the foothills of Tucson. I was in Tucson to relax and enjoy the amenties of the hotel. I totally enjoyed the manager's reception and the made to order breakfast. I have stayed at the Embassy Suites before but I found this one to be exceptionally clean and the made to order breakfast was perfect.

Tucson Visit

We were really very pleased with the hotel (service, cleanliness, location, etc.). But I travel a lot and for such a nice hotel, was quite surprised to find fees for local phone calls and internet access.

Nice, quiet hotel

The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The manager holds a reception every night from 5:30 - 7:30 with free drinks which was a nice way to mingle with fellow travelers. My husband loved the free breakfast which included a made to order omelet bar, fruit, breads, juices, coffee, etc...a nice touch for those looking to save some money or who want to grab a quick bite before leaving for the day. The hotel was quiet and located by nice restaurants and shopping (i.e. Apple, Bose, Crate and Barrel, AJ's Fine Food, Williams Sonoma, etc...).
