Hotel For Train Lovers

If you love to hear train whistles in the middle of the night then this is the place for you. At 2:30 in the morning it sounds like they are coming through your room. Nice place, great friendly staff, clean, nice pool but the trains are non stop and loud.

I would stay again,

Overall nice experience. Staff was very polite and helpful. Only thing that would have made it that much more pleasent was the overall smell of the room. Smelled like moth balls. Other than that it was a good stay.

No fluff but good bargain

Prior to my retirement, I stayed at many 5 star hotels at my companies expense. Now that I pay, I must shop for budget places. This place offered the basics and was close to the freeway for any access to the Tucson area. Train and freeway noise were an issue at times but not a show stopper. I spent 6 nights there and only had one night that I lost sleep........crying baby all night next door. A great bargain for the bargain shopper.

Pleasant surprise after a 800 mile drive

This was just a place to rest my weary body after a gruelling drive. The room was nicely furnished and very clean. The continental breakfast was good, especially the waffles. I'd stay here again without hesitation.
