Clarion Hotel Airport

Do not stay at this hotel. Bad service all around.

Very easy to get too and very quiet and breakfast was just great. Plan to stay there on our next trip to Tucson.

It was a good hotel for a quick overnight stay and the price was way well worth it. As well you get continental breakfast for free and very close to the airport. The wireless is pretty fast and the stay was nice. I would def recommend and there is a shuttle to the airport.

I stayed for one night and the room seemed made for comfort. Good reading light, comfortable room chair and easy to set room temperature controls. Plenty of really hot water for a bath.They included a shower cap which many places have cut back on. I took advantage of the airport shuttle and had no problems. The staff seemed eager to help. The buffet breakfast was not exceptional in variety but what there was was tasty.

We had a very nice stay here at the Clarion. Room was large and had wifi (not real fast) and the usual amenities.Never heard any airport noises at all so we were pleasantly surprised. We had a very nice breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausage. They also had waffles, cereals, toast and juices. Would definately recommend.

I can't go into the details of everything. The room was dirty (hairballs in the toilet, muffin crumbs on the floor), the staff was awful in every respect, the "restaurant" is closed for dinner two days a week (i.e., about a third of the time), the shuttle wasn't running either when I arrived or when I left, the free internet was painfully slow (dial-up is fast by comparison). Just nothing good. I wouldn't stay there if it was free.

While you may not think a piano is an asset, I needed to practice for an upcoming concert and the staff graciously allowed my to use the piano which was in tune and excellent condition. The entire facility is in immaculate shape and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, too. I highly recommend this motel.

I was trying to rest 5 hours before depart and I really enjoy that I paid.

It was just a quick stay prior to an early morning flight

I have stayed at this Clarion for years, but I won't anymore. The hotel is very convenient for airport access and moderately priced. However, it is now reportedly under new management, and they have clearly begun cutting corners. The included breakfast is terrible and of very limited selection. People wait most the morning for a pancake. The dinner choices are horrible, with fake potatoes and only three menu options. Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, but the hotel is starting to show age, and no apparent effort to upgrade. The staff is reasonable, but not very attentive. There are a lot of other hotels in the area for the same price that do it better.
