Great place for a long stay
We went to Tucson from FL to see our son graduate from college. (We actually went there 3 years ago when he transferred to U of A and chose this hotel again when he graduated.) The second time we stayed for a full week. They have a friendly staff, GREAT hot and cold breakfast, warm pool, great easy-to-find location, comfortable rooms. The only problem was hard pillows...but I guess that is a matter of preference. When our son gets his Master's at U of A, we will no doubt stay there again-unless from this great review, there is no room for us at the Inn. Thanks for your attention to detail.

Graduation Weekend
We went to Tucson for U of A grad weekend. I had reserved two 2 room suites but was told only one two room suite was available. As I had two other sons with me I wanted the extra area in case one wanted to sleep at the motel on any night. The second room was so small it barely had enough room for my wife and I. The bed was extremely soft and my back hurt each morning when I woke up. The breakfast however was acceptable and if you arrive early even tasty. Just don't show up after 9am because everything is almost gone. There are better places in town at about the same price.

Very pleasant property...well maintained. Room is a bit larger than average. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Evening social hour with soft drinks, beer, etc. and snacks with no charge. Warm pool. Overall, good experience and would recommend it.

good location for Oro Valley
Very comfortable room, very clean. Had nice clean pool, free breakfast - very good, and 1 drink free social hour every night. My only complaint was couldn't get the air conditioner to work right. When on, you froze and had to shut it off - then hot. The staff were all very nice. I would stay there again

Family Weekend
The toilet was clogged. We had 3 people on our itinerary when we pre-booked, only had enough towels for 2 in the room. Not a big deal, but an inconvenience to have to take care of. The AC was out in the room and was extremely humid and stuffy, very difficult to get comfortable. If it had just been one of these issues it would not have been a big deal, but all three combined? Will definitely try somewhere else next time we stay in Tucson.

Great service and location
Hotel is conveniently located to new shopping centers, resturants and near a whole foods market within 5-10 minutes! After switching rooms to a suite after our first week there we found that rooms facing the heat pool were quieter and more private. If you are a nonsmoker it might not be the place for you. We did not know it was not a smoke free facility. Also the ventilation blew dusty stale air leaving us fighting respiratory issues. The complimentary breakfast was great and the staff was always accommodating and friendly! The excellent customer service made up for the other negatives.

fun trip to the wedding of our niece.
Nice room and very friendly staff. I had problem with the shower head and reported it and there was a new one in the room that evening. Fun "Happy hour" by the pool meeting new friends. Beautiful wedding very close to our hotel and in a nice area. We will stay here again when coming back to this area. Thanks.

Don,tatke suite # 168
No soap bar and napkins in the bathroom, they never supplied them, I have to fastened the handle of the shower, the head shower was loose. A disaster.
