It was nice clean hotel with a very good staff. My room was on third floor facing the front parking lot that I had view of small hill cross the street and of ours the parking lot. Plus I was in Arizona. You canāt accept more than thatļ. The room was clean and the only problem I had was, (am sure you are going to laugh about it) the shower faced. It was most crazy way to adjust your water tempter. It was always to hot or too cold. In that period of three days that I couldnāt be able to get water tempter right the way I like it plus wireless internet service was to slow. Other than that, I did enjoy staying there. And if they would change the shower faced and makes the internet faster. .I would go there again.

Location was great. Staff not the most friendly. The towels were old and partially destroyed. The carpets on the floor need to be change. I wish to have a refrigerator in the room. Other than that no complaint

Fair hotel
Upon check-in, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room however, was average. The carpet had stains on it, which were noticeable immediately upon entering the room, but the linens were clean. We were also able to get a shuttle to the airport at 5:00 am, which was the primary reason we chose the Sheridan.

Clean and comfortable bed
I only stayed there for 1 night, so not sure about the amenities and such. For as little time as I stayed there (the sleeping time), I enjoyed the very comfy bed and beddings. They feel very clean and soft. I just don't understand why they provide such thick comforter when the temperature outside was over ~100 F at night...well, the air conditioning worked well, so I have no complaint! The staff was friendly and polite, location is excellent for my purpose (right next to freeway and airport), I will definitely stay there again.

Dont know
they overbooked by 6 people and sent me to the Fiesta , which was nice. Was charged for the hotel twice, which I have to now dispute charges
