Ramada Tempe at Arizona Mills Mall

good hotel. good stay. will stay again. nice staff, nice location, clean room.

I was disappointed in this hotel. The room had not been properly cleaned in some time. The walls had stuff!! on them. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned (red in color spots on the floor).

This was a good location at a fair price. Staff were good people and polite. Hotel does offer a breakfast on the premise included in the room charge, this is sweet and a cost savings Lot,s of other places to eat and close to down town Tempe. A pool was on the property so this helps when traveling with a young family. A waffle house is next door for the kids. Location is next to interstate 10 so it can be loud at night. Another good thing is that across the street a large mall is there for quick and easy shopping.

no room available even though I reserved one monthes in advance. was offered room with 1 king and throw in a cot for free(reserved 2 queens).after about 30 min. he found a room but it had no refridgerator, coffee pot, microwave, tv remote, he promised to get it for us. after three times & 24 hrs. we asked for another room like the one we had last year. thats why I wanted to stay here. not so much now. turned out to be a hassle and ruined part of my vacation. I think you should have a reserved room ready for the guest who is probably tired from traveling & doesn't want to hang around the lobby while they go find a room for you. what a shame; my last trip there was perfect, thats why Icame back. now I have to find another place to stay when I go back. thanks for taking my money;thats all you get.

When we arrived late in the evening on the 29th of Feb. 2012 we found that our room was missing some amenities, so we bought this attention to the front desk the first thing in the morning on March 1st. The staff at the front desk always had a friendly smile and warming attitude. By noon (march 1st) we had everything that was mentioned in our room. The housekeeping did a excellent job at keeping our room clean and they too had a warm friendly attitude as well. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh and the location was perfect.

The staff did a great job with what they had, but this hotel is in need of a remodeling. I was in two rooms and both had furnishings that were getting quite run down. The breakfast buffet was average.

The location of this hotel is hard to get to from the road and is right behind an unsavory establishment.

The wireless didn't work. Hotel was run down and not very comfortable. Am not staying there EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

The Staff was excellent and helpful, the conditions of the interior; Rooms, Side walks, appliances, T.V. all are outdated and in poor condition. For being in a prime location the condition of the hotel is a disappointment !!!!

It was not a bad hotel, but it wasn't worth that price. I would at least expect a fridge and microwave, but you have to request one which takes a day to get. I also went to the front desk because my wipe key kept not working, and it took them a good 10 minutes for them to come out of their back office. They only came out because one of their employees yelled at them :(. Also, it's next to a strip club so it's not very "family" oriented. :).
