monti's steakhouse, old and full of civil war memoribilia was great. four peaks brewery on eighth ave was highlight of local flavor. mill ave was fun, walkable venture. asu, and sun devil stadium closeby, and easy access to rail and scottsdale.

don't waste your money
Upon entry to the room we found dead bugs and hair in the mattress. Huge waste of money, do not waste your time and money. Bad neighborhood, bad hotel, bad choice .Please remove this hotel from your list of approved hotels. They are giving you a bad reputation. I would love to apply for a refund however not possible. No one should have to travel 3000 miles and then face this on the other end.

Last Minute Trip
The location was great, it wasn't loud as I thought it would be and it was good for the price. The staff seemed to be into other things than providing good customer service. Asked for 2 keys, one worked. Went to get the 2nd one working and the 1st one didn't work. Not too bad but when one person is sleeping when the other returns to the room later it's not so great.

The hotel is located right on the light rail so getting to and from the airport and all the other attractions in Phoenix are easily accessable. A few steps and you're on the rail!

Spring Training Getaway
It was a nice place to stay. The kids had fun in the pool and it was open 24/7 so we didn't have to worry about when we returned. Close to spring training games so not far to travel.

The Tempe Marketplace which was very close has a lot to offer especially in restaurants. They had a live band when we went to eat dinner. Very busy place.

Did not get what we paid for. Called [...]and talked to the manager at the hotel and no one would help. I paid for 2 queens, refig, microwave, etc.. Got 2 twins, no refig or microwave. Imagine 2 People trying to fix in a twin bed, not good.
