Very good !
Only a little remark : the bathroom was a bit... old and needs some remodeling. Despite that, we had a very nice room, a wonderful breakfast with waffles, and before that, a very nice welcome from Nevin (sorry if I made a mistake when writing his name) who was very very helpful. The shuttle of this hotel is rather useful and the drivers so nice ! Then, the Wifi connection is free and rapid. Total : very good hotel and we do recommend it !

30" walk ! The Denny's is just on the side of this hotel. For shopping, a car is needed. Fortunately we picked up ours the 2nd day.

Hotel stay at La Quinta
The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was filling enough. Just a suggestion: the carpets need to be replaced and the restrooms tubs as well as the fixtures (like the knobs and shower heads) that are loose, needs to be replaced or cleaned. They are too old and looks dirty. I cannot complain about the beds, though. There were clean and the room also smelled clean.

convenient location from the airport
My son enjoyed the pool very much and mini van was very helpful that they picked us up after we dropped the rental car at 10pm the night before our departure, then took us back to the airport at 5 am for the early flight back home.

one night's stay
The staff was nice but the location was too far from the airport. The room was comfortable but small. The bed was great and I got a lot of rest.

Below average value
Carpet worn in room so it had a dirty feel to it; free breakfast area was more of a nook and difficult for more than 2 guests to use kitchen at same time. Cigarette burns on bathroom counter uninviting to a non-smoking room.

OK for being close to the Phoenix airport
Staff was helpful. This location was run down, and the room did not smell fresh. The place needs an overhall. Free internet was a bonus, since there was work I had to complete that night, but it took awhile to connect. I stayed there because I had an early morning flight from Phoenix Sky Harbor the next day. Getting to the airport was a problem because of construction. It would have been helpful for the hotel to provide hints on getting to the airport, as I assume that most of the guests were there because of airport proximity. Airport detour signs not all that helpful.
