Outstanding customer service
Location is convientant to the airport but not close to any actitivies. We were looking forward to a boring night sitting at the hotel. Were we suprised when the hotel van driver and the front desk clerk told us of a nearby collection of restaurants and night clubs. Not only that, they offered to drive us down there and pick us up, no charge. These 2 individuals turned a boring night into one of the best nights of our vacation

Overall our stay was very pleasant and easy. The staff was excellent and the room very clean. Unfortunately the pool was closed and we were not able to lounge or swim in the pool which was very dissapointed.

Mills Ave is located at close proximity from the hotel, just ask for a shuttle ride to Mills Ave. There you will find lots of great places to dine and shopping as well Fun place to be.

It was a cheap place to stay, the room was clean, and they had breakfast. This isn't some super luxury hotel, nor was that what I expected. Overall it was what I needed. I've paid 4x as much for worse places in NYC, so who am I to complain.

Mucho Gusto (just up the street) was a pretty solid mexican restaurant. They aren't afraid to make their food spicy.

In town for wedding
The staff was polite and helpful ! The room was fine for the price not fancy but ok to sleep and shower in, it was quiet and comfortable. Location was the best close to the airport and access to the interstates. Also close to ASU and major shopping Az Mills and Tempe Marketplace, close to the zoo and the botanical garden as well. I would stay there again!! Inexpensive but decent, basic continental breakfast offered and always the Denny's right next door!! Had a great stay!!

Best choice for airport access
Almost perfect. Manager checked us in, and recommended a great place for dinner. A welcome surprise to have a working manager onsite. Airport shuttle offered but didn't run early enough (before 5am) for our needs. Room was comfortable and clean except for mold under soap holder in bathtub. Fast easy access to airport and related facilities. Very short stay and very early check-out so no other amenties were used.
