Wouldn't return
Not happy at all with the cleanliness of the room including the furniture that was covered in stains. I would not recommend this hotel to stay in.

Move in day at ASU
Great place to call home as we moved our son into the ASU residence hall. Easy commute to campus, and close to major malls and stores. Very close to airport so lots of airplane traffic.

We will be staying again!
Near the airport, family friendly, close to Mill Ave food and shopping. Very impressive breakfast and very comfortable room. We were very impressed with the quality of the room for the price. We will be staying at this hotel on our next visit to Phoenix/ Tempe.

Great experience!
The location was perfect- easy drive to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very nice.

everything was perfect...the only thing that I missed was a 24hr shuttle to airport.

i love the arquitecture of the concept and the decoration BUT the bed was unfirm, not like anothers Hyatt Places (from Tucson Airport, for example)

Unbeatable location and accommodations
The Hyatt Place Tempe Phoenix Airport is one of the best hotels I've stayed in for accommodations. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we called to make our reservations. Our room was lovely and excellent. We had a large room with 2 queen sized beds, a large flat screen tv which included a separate area with a very large sectional sofa. There was an excellent desk area where we could recharge our cellphones and plug in our laptop computer which made it very simple to be wired after being on the road for several days doing sightseeing in Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon National Park. Having a refrigerator and mini sink also allowed us to enjoy refreshments at our convenience. The generous breakfast included with our room was more than we expected. Located so close to the Phoenix airport with a shuttle service, the Hyatt was the perfect hotel to end our stay in Arizona! I highly recommend it to everyone and anyone from business travelers to families.
