Hyatt Place Tempe Phoenix Arpt

Completely disappointed. We chose this hotel based on the pictures shown on this site, especially the pool. We went so far to spend several hundred dollars more over the course of our trip to stay at this hotel simply because of the pictures. We were EXTREMELY disappointed when we arrived to find not the resort-like pool in the pictures but a pool in the middle of a parking lot under high power lines and under the flight path of the airport. A motel pool would have been better. The furniture in the room was stained. When we expressed our disappointment to the hotel staff, they were extremely rude. Tried to call this site three times that night only to be disconnected after being on hold each time for nearly 30 minutes. The hotel manager admitted while on a conference call with this site that the picture were corporate photos and not the ACTUAL hotel we had booked even though there was no disclaimer on the web site. They refused to refund our money. After spending several hours of our vacation in vain trying to get a refund or at least transferred to a different hotel we finally called our credit card company to fight the charges. We are still waiting. Meanwhile we had to listen to the hotel management badmouth us right in front of us for complaining about the disingenuous advertising. Don't waste your time or money with this hotel.

Hotel was conveniently located near the 10 freeweay. Free breakfast was a plus.

I was looking for a comfortable, affordable business oriented hotel. The hyatt place was perfect. When you check in the bar and cafe is right next to the front desk. There is a business center with two computer and a printer. Wifi is free and accessible throughout and you can print via PrintMe to the laser printer. All you have to do is to enter your code on the pin pad and viola your print job appears. The rooms are new and clean. Super comfy with plenty of room. Nice large kin bed. A wide open living room type space with a big couch with a chase and ottoman. There is a big screen TV. A nice desk for your work. Behind you is a bar with a sink and a mini-fridge. On the side of the TV is an entertainment portal. You can connect your RCA to HDMI cables, every AV input you can think of is there! Every morning there is a nice hot breakfast. Bagels with eggs and cheese. Waffle or pancakes. Cereal. Oatmeal. Fruit and yogurt. Toast or danish. Coffee, tea, juice. USA today free at the desk. So if you are looking for a place where you can be productive, work individual or with a group, and have AV input to a large TV for work or movies, this is definitely the place. Price was also super affordable and free parking. Now the bad...... there is nothing close by. The Aloft down towards ASU has a In-N-Out, Yogurtland and Starbucks within walking distance from the outside of the hotel. There is literally nothing nearby. Which is fine for me because I didn't mind driving. If this is an issue or if you don't have a car you are out of luck.

Not happy at all with the cleanliness of the room including the furniture that was covered in stains. I would not recommend this hotel to stay in.

An Excellent Choice For your Shopping Trip !!!!!!!

Staff were nice. Room was clean and plenty big. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and had quite a few options. The shuttle to the ASU/Mill area was super convenient.

Great place to call home as we moved our son into the ASU residence hall. Easy commute to campus, and close to major malls and stores. Very close to airport so lots of airplane traffic.

My friend and I stayed here while on our girls weekend and it was such a nice hotel! We loved our room and the staff was nice! It was a great stay I would def stay here again! Thinking about trying to stay here again with my husband for our 6 yr anniversary!!

Near the airport, family friendly, close to Mill Ave food and shopping. Very impressive breakfast and very comfortable room. We were very impressed with the quality of the room for the price. We will be staying at this hotel on our next visit to Phoenix/ Tempe.
