Hotel Tempe Phoenix Airport at the Mall

The hotel was nice during the week, and the breakfast was decent. But on the weekends it seems to attract people looking to party in hotel rooms. Got loud and some of the drunk guests made me a little nervous returning to my room late a night.

First off, they put us in a smoking room.....ugggh! Then it took them an hour to find another room. The new one had a king instead of the two queens we reserved. And, it was supposedly a non smoking room, but you could definitely smell the old smoke when you walked in. the bathroom was not very clean, and the sheets were really old and thin! We will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone. The only good thing was the hot breakfast and the staff.

Desk clerks were both very nice and quickly checked me into the hotel. I had a king room that appeared to have been recently remodeled. VERY clean (nice, crisp linens on the bed), bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. GREAT water pressure and shower. Coffee maker, iron & board, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, flat screen TV (lots of channels!), and WIFI. Flowers and trees on the grounds were also very nice. The rate was not cheap, but I felt it was a good value, and I felt secure staying here. I would book a room here for my wife or daughter without hesitation. The only complaint I have is that some of the common outside areas (especially sidewalks) could use a quick pressure wash. The breakfast was a welcome delight. While not necessarily "restaurant quality" it was good food and best of all free! Essentially a continental breakfast with hot eggs and sausage added. Well presented and clean. Arizona Mills mall is right across the street, and one of the hotel entrances is at a traffic light, so it was easy to get the car out into traffic. Many nice places to eat nearby, some within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay so much I am trying to come up with a reason for going back!!

Placed into a room that said meeting room.One bed held up with 2 X 4. Sheets unclean. People attempted to enter room all night. Management advised and nothing done about it.

This place is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful and don't mean just the office staff. Oh and the breakfest that is included is not just the usual donuts and coffee. It was eggs bacon fresh fruit juice and coffee (Starbucks).

The stay started off on a bad note when the desk clerk helped the people behind us check in first when we were clearly there ahead of them. The room was okay although the cleaning staff still had to go into our room as we were walking in (well after check in time). The beds were comfortable with a nice tv but our experience w staff and other guests were enough to make us stay away. There was constant noise outside our door (both staff and guests) and the rudeness of guests at the continental breakfast made us prefer to pay money to avoid the hassle. The room came w only two regular and two hand towels and there was hair on our shower walls. Overall it's safe to say if you're looking here in order to save money, spend an extra $10 and actually get a place worth staying.

Breakfast was amazing here! Bed was super comfortable and hotel staff was always accommodating. Would stay here again.

staff was friendly and helpfull the free shutle ride to and from the airport was very nice. The free full breakfast was also very good. The happy hour from 5:00 to 6:30 was also a very nice touch with 2 free drinks each night

Our Room seemed to be the only one not remodeled. Carpet was nasty and furniture was from the 80's. Almost every other room we walked by seemed to be updated though. Maybe we just had bad luck. Stayed five days and housekeeping only cleaned twice. Had to find them to ask for clean towels. We made it work but wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was easy to find. GREAT LOCATION, close to everything: Spring training ball parks, mall, eateries, zoo. The room was great, the free breakfast was yummy (something for everyone), the pool was nice (although at the time we went there were no pool towels) still nice & they had a complimentary happy hour that was good too. I would stay here again!!!
